The Revolution: Harley Knows Next to Nothing About Healthy Sodas and Foods

I considered leaving this post entirely blank to illustrate just how much Harley knows about healthy sodas and food to make my point; but some people wouldn’t get it.

So I will spell it out. The Revolution is supposed to feature experts in a variety of areas to make it easier for a person to change and transform themselves. Harley is one of these experts on the panel.

Harley seems like a nice guy. He even appears to know what he’s doing when it comes to physical exercise and training. However, he knows nect to nothing about health and wellness, specifically when it comes to food and beverages.

I could hardly believe what I heard him say today! He told the audience that diet sodas were fine in moderation…several times a day. Are you kidding me!?!

He’s full of crap and apparently, full of diet soda. I am appalled by his lack of knowledge on this matter. No one in the world of Wellness would ever say THAT!

Then he chimed in on his erroneous belief that frozen foods are equivalent to fresh produce. Wrong again! What’s up with this fellow? He should stick to talking about muscles and exercise and leave the segments on food and beverages to someone who knows a thing or two.

There are healthy sodas and fizzy drinks on the market that are OK. There are times when you must use frozen food when seasonal produce is not available. But then, it is far better to eat what is fresh, in season, and ripe right now; if you are genuinely interested in Wellness. Anything less is a compromise…

China Cola, Reed’s Ginger Brew, Brain Toniq, and other healthy beverages are easy to find, so there’s absolutely no excuse for drinking a diet soda with artificial coloring, flavors, and sweeteners. It’s pure ‘sabotage’ to drink diet soda!
