TheDoctorsTV and Their New Appreciation for Food: The Healthy 20 Fixes for Common Problems

I was duly impressed with today’s episode which featured many whole foods to deal with more than a dozen health or medical problems to fix or change them without surgery or drugs.

Amazing…

The doctors have come a long way! They actually seemed to be having fun on today’s show with several facial masks on Dr. Jim and some friendly poking at Dr. Drew and Dr. Travis when sex with legs up was ‘up’ for discussion…

You would have to be either an acrobat or an expert in the Kama Sutra to pull this off! But if swinging from chandoliers while hanging upside down is your ‘thing’, then Dr. Jim has a few ideas for you. Dr. Travis thought about it for a few minutes before commenting on the sexually-charged image of a woman’s legs up in the air. Dr. Lisa was the practical one stating that orgasms can be better in this position. We know what the doctors are thinking about, but… What are those doctors drinking in the morning?

We do know that Dr. Jim went to the grocery store and bought some ‘real’ maple syrup. He also likes seaweed. I was enchanted with the physicians as they sampled the sea vegetables and nibbled on nori. It’s not new, except to the doctors. This is certainly a promising direction for them to be moving in…to bring their audience real food for healing and staying well!

The DoctorsTV Show Synopsis and Information About This Episode

The doctors talked about vinegar, baking soda, honey, cinnamon, and booze that can be used as ‘fixes’ for dozens of health issues. You can find all their specific ideas using the link to their website above this paragraph.

I have one additional comment about honey. Dr. Jim suggested that honey might be risky for young ones, but he failed to describe why he thinks that may be the case. It’s not the honey, it’s the botulinum that can be present in honey. If you keep your own bees or get your honey from someone who knows their craft, then you won’t generally have to worry about finding botulinum in that source of honey. You could more easily find it in your doctor’s office…

There is something that needs to be clarified and corrected before I finish my review for the day. The doctors used some of their old taped material about papaya, tea tree oil, and other foods from past episodes. The correction is that you should NOT use steam or water when using Tea Tree Oil or Melaleuka Essential Oil. Authentic Essential Oils and water do not mix… If you need to dilute the Essential Oil, then use a carrier oil composed of almond oil or other base oils.

The doctors need a crash course on Essential Oils and their applications!

You should seek out a qualified and trained Aromatherapist to guide you when you use Essential Oils.

Papaya and pineapple are perfect whole foods to eat when they are fresh AND ORGANIC. The enzymes and nutrients found in the fresh fruit do aid in digestion. Plus…they are delicious as long as they are ripe! Those bananas that Dr. Lisa distributed were not quite ripe yet. Fruit gets sweeter naturally when it’s truly ripe. That’s the perfect time to eat it. It’s advisable to eat your fresh fruit alone or with nuts.

Speaking of nuts, it’s better to eat your walnuts than to waste them on furniture. There’s furniture products for those scratches and care of wood. Eat your nuts! Drink your tea! Those used tea bags are soothing for your eyes… But get the goodness of tea from them before you apply them to your eyes. The doctors are doing a much better job of bringing you ‘fixes’ with food, instead of dangerous drugs or surgical procedures. This is a trend that I hope to see continued…
