It boggles the mind that more people don’t learn what the colors of the fluids and parts of their bodies can tell them about their health or a health problem.

You grow up with your body and it goes through many stages where the normal color changes and you need to understand what that means…and what to do about it. Then the color of your food will be the most interesting color to observe. That’s one of the benefits of finding a balanced Lifestyle. You won’t be spending as much time wondering about pathology when you are busy eating fresh fruits and vegetables with vibrant colors!
