TheDoctorsTV and Shaking, Shivering, and Reverberating Shimmies
Did you see the original and the repeat episode of TheDoctorsTV that covered all the shaking, shivering, and shimmies that the human body does under certain circumstances? This is my second time watching this program…
I wanted to review the “Guilt Free Shake” and take another look at why the doctors thought it was a good alternative to the processed shakes in the grocery stores and pharmacies. By the way, nibble on your nuts, instead of drinking them and choking by sprinkling them on your shakes. If you are going to add the dark chocolate; then it is better to use raw cacao (chocolate) powder rather than chopping up dark chocolate pieces which might contain undesirable ingredients. The raw cacao powder has a richer and more robust flavor and is much higher in nutrients than the processed chocolate morsels.

There are companies that have been making lousy shakes and beverages for seniors or weak individuals for decades, but most of them have artificial ingredients, artificial sweeteners, and low quantities of essential nutrients. They might supply some electrolytes and protein, but they are not exactly the epitome of healthy drinks.
There are some healthy juice franchises where you can get freshly-juiced drinks that are all-natural or organic and they are popular for good reason. You want your juice shakes to be fresh, not bottled for who knows how long sitting on the shelves for months. Fresh is fabulous!
The ideal is to make your own with fresh organic ingredients just moments before you are ready to drink your shake. The travel blender is fine, but can’t you take a few minutes to drink your shake immediately after making it! How big a rush are you in! Don’t travel with a shake unless you are taking it on a picnic or outing where you can’t make it fresh on location. Don’t drag your blender container to work and let it get gunky… Just make it and shake it down!
Speaking of shaking – the segment about the thyroid was pertinent, but incomplete. There are herbal formulas and nutritional supplements that will restore and support the thyroid and para-thyroid glands. Don’t just get your screening and don’t settle for drugs with synthetic hormones unless you want a lifetime of health problems. You really do want to do everything that you can to keep your endocrine system functioning at peak performance!
When I took a look at that young woman, I also thought of heavy metal poisoning with her symptoms of hair loss, fatigue, and everything else she reported. Heavy metals can throw the endocrine glands out of balance and medication is not enough to correct the situation, neither is supplementation. You have to detoxify the body and eliminate the heavy metals using Liquid Zeolite. It’s the name of the game!
I had to laugh at the big butt shimmy of the woman who thinks that people follow behind her staring at her behind. The reverberating shimmy of broad bottoms is an indicator that genetics and daily behavior can be and often needs to be changed for the betterment of the buttocks! The rest of her body was plump as well and she could improve her appearance and tighten the tush with a better diet and the exercises that the doctors recommended for her. Although her attitude was her greatest asset…
A good breakfast or between meals snack of yogurt, walnuts, and blueberries seem to be the ‘go-to’ for the doctors…even in the Land of Oz. I wonder if they all eat this when arising from their alarm-armed bed? However, the idea of the bed shaking when there is a fire to ensure that you wake up in time is a very good idea! I just can’t keep from laughing at the Greek yogurt craze that the doctors cannot shake…
You can get good organic yogurt that has active cultures and is not sweetened and does not have fruit or sweet syrup included in the container. The addition of blueberries or other berries and fresh organic nuts is fine, but a good Granola is even better for breakfast with more fiber, more crunch, and more nutrition for a bigger boost for the day.
There are cultured vegetables that are going to restore your intestinal flora, too. Don’t forget about these! In addition to yogurt and kefir, many cultures (pun intended) have developed foods like kimchi and sauerkraut to aid in digestion and keep the colon healthy with the friendlies. VitalChoice has added a line of organic fermented foods to the wild salmon and seafood and berries. They are temporarily ‘out-of-stock’, but when they are available again; you should try them.
VitalChoice Fermented Foods
You can get your frozen raspberries for your Guilt Free Shake at VitalChoice, too. They have a variety of berries that are frozen, dried, and organic! Cascadia is another brand that you can find in health food stores in the frozen foods section. It’s best to buy your berries fresh and organic, but frozen is preferable to canned…any time of the year. You can find nuts at VitalChoice as well and it is advisable to vary the kinds of nuts that you eat, so go beyond the walnuts and play around with your nuts…LOL!
That device that the doctors opened the episode with looks divine. It really helps your body shake, shimmy, and wiggle without risk of injury. I do not think that it would replace a good massage, but it looks like fun for a way to make your figure more toned with the shaking of body parts. The hand held device exercises your arms and perhaps your waist, but yoga and tai chi will do more for your body than the shaking sticks.
When it comes to reverberating your jiggly parts, be gentle and don’t go hog-wild when shaking. Learn to do tapotement and take some time to dance through Life!
