TheDoctorsTV and Sexperts Discuss 40 Ideas for Better Sex
This is the second day in a row where Sexual Health was addressed by our physicians with ‘sexperts’ adding to the mixture of ideas for better performance, increased pleasure, and products that give new meaning to the term, ‘intercourse’.
The doctors exhibited tantalizing lip and nipple balms, exotic vibrators to clitoral stimulation, and even displayed a tank of Puffer Fish to highlight the tingling sensation that food delicacies provide for sexual arousal. We say ‘yes’ to the nuts, the avocado, the healthy foods, the essential oils, and the beverages that support the endocrine and reproductive systems.
I had to laugh when they were sipping on their protein tube drinks and slurping their new “Go All Night Smoothie” until Dr. Drew pulled out his frozen chocolate covered banana with his nuts as yet another example of foods that are known for stimulating one’s senses. You might want to replace the skim milk with soy milk or coconut milk.

These doctors have little knowledge of the ancient and traditional herbs and whole foods that have been used for erotic pleasure and enhanced stimulation by many cultures. If you want to begin to be able to last all night, then add some spirulina, chia seed meal, or barley protein powder to your Smoothies to keep the energy flowing in the dark.
The usual ‘sexperts’ strutted their typical stuff with Dr. Ruth and the other specialists that appear on Dr. Oz and other TV shows to discuss Sexual Health. Nothing really new or even revealing…
The most curious discussion was the relative frequency of injuries during sex with rug burns and strained muscles being the most commonly reported by Facebook surveys. Who are these people?
The recommendation to use soy candles was pertinent to the health and safety issues that merit our attention. So many of the lotions, potions, cremes, gels, jellies, lubricants, and other concoctions are not healthy for the human body and cause irritation, yeast infections, and skin sensitivity for many people. Our suggestion is to go naked into that good night and be as natural as possible to engage in an authentic relationship that is based upon healthy Self-Concepts and Body Images between the partners who respect and honor one another in their expression of love, pleasure, and intimate exercise.
Although there were 40 ideas given to the audience over the inter-course of the hour, there was nothing that rocked our world… There was a hint of Tantric Sexual practices when one of the doctors mentioned Sting and Yoga. This is an area we would encourage you to explore while you are conducting a thorough exploration of your partner’s body. It’s one thing to engage in sex and quite another to enter into genuine love-making. It’s an art and in our opinion, it should not be minimized by too much attention to the mechanics of artificial substances and gadgets that take the place of REAL intimacy. Honestly, who are you people?
It takes a lifetime to develop of truly healthy relationship with yourself and those you love. Don’t shortchange yourself or anyone in this equation! You’ll still feel as empty and ungratified as some of these sexperts look in the vacancy of their eyes. I don’t see the joy of living fully and authentically in them. Be real, be alive, and be wonderful…
