The Doctors have realized that there is an Obesity problem that has become a health risk for many people who never imagined that it would be so difficult to lose weight and return to their ideal weight while regaining their health. Diets don’t work! We’ve covered that territory in the past. It is obvious…it takes healthy Lifestyle changes to make a lasting difference. If you think that surgery, diets, or drugs alone are going to get rid of your fat for good…think again!

First of all, you have to quit eating beef and other foods that have growth hormones in them from agricultural practices. Those chemicals are just going to give your body the same signals they give to the cattle and other barnyard animals that fatten them up for market. You’ll also have to detox them out of your body using Liquid Zeolite, so they no longer confuse your biochemistry for weight management.

Eat Whole Foods and drink healthy beverages, including purified water. This makes sense, but so many people ignore this most basic premise. Organic produce and natural whole foods are the way to go now for lasting results. Eat as much as you want until you are full and satiated…your body will know when that is and will signal your brain. Chew your food well… Take your time to eat with intention… Don’t wait until your feeling starved, famished, or thirsty before giving your body nourishment… Give your body the attention and thought it deserves!
