TheDoctorsTV and Blueberries, Dancing Doctors, and the Health Risks of Heels that are High
I thought it was a tie for the Dance Off between the dancing doctors, Dr. Travis, Dr. Jim, and Dr. Drew! Dr. Jim had the most natural moves and that counts for more than you realize when it comes to a man being a creative and thoughtful lover. Dr. Drew had the exciting moves that are known to attract members of the opposite sex which demonstrated that he has the experience to be a good lover. Dr. Travis happened to be bold and enchanted the judges by making his way close to Mary who appointed him the winner for his engaging ways. He did strut his stuff nicely, so we’ll assume that he is a good lover. Mary always makes me laugh when she is on “So You Think You Can Dance” which is one of my favorite TV shows. I used to compete in gymnastics and contemporary dance many years ago. When you know how to move your body in time and space, you usually become a wonderful lover in the process of being in touch with your own body’s movement and expression.
Mary was accurate to conclude that when men know how to dance, the women will eagerly come to be in their arms. We love good dancing!
Ballroom dancing, contemporary dance, and coreographed pieces to music will be great ways to get into shape while enjoying your activity immensely. You won’t see fat and sluggish professional dancers. Even the overweight celebrities on “Dancing with the Stars” lose weight, tone their bodies, and gain a positive attitude on the show. Dancing is one of the best activities that you can share with your children to develop their bodies with a healthy Lifestyle. Dance, sing, and love your Life!
The doctors continue to mention Blueberries as a healthy food and it’s not only for breakfast. You can enjoy fresh organic Blueberries any time of the day, although they go nicely with yogurt or whole grains in the morning. I did laugh with Dr. Travis when he tried to bolster his own performance and reputation by saying that at least that 1.8 minutes is good.
I was glad that Dr. Lisa and the other physicians continued to discuss the health risks associated with wearing high heels, especially during pregnancy. Instead of risking the well-being of your unborn child, just opt for real shoes without high heels and go for Birkenstocks or other ergonomic footwear. Your nervous system, spine, muscular system, and internal organs are all affected by what you wear on your feet and how you walk and move your body. Don’t let your vanity ruin your body’s structural integrity…it’s not worth it.
