TheDoctorsTV show featured twenty-four quick fixes for common health issues that they have discussed on their television show on many occasions. While some of their 24 Fixes are realistic and helpful; it’s a much better idea to enjoy one hundred years of living a healthy Lifestyle over each 24 hour day.

Now…on a daily basis we will discuss the relative value of many of these Quick Fixes. Sure, it’s not a good idea to slouch in your chair. Good posture is great for the spine, the nervous system, and your self-esteem. If you learn to do Yoga, you will naturally hold your body in alignment.

Don’t be a fool that smokes an uncontrolled substance like Spice that results in headaches, nausea, and potential death. You can get your ‘highs’ from natural whole foods and herbs that are known for promoting a sense of well-being. If you really want a spiritual experience that goes beyond being ‘out of your mind’; then you might research the entheogen known as salvia divinorum. Then there’s the old-fashioned method of expanding one’s state of Consciousness with contemplation and the movement of energy through all seven seals with training.

We cannot agree with the doctors about limiting one’s daily juice intake to four ounces. That’s kind of crazy! It’s a good idea to eat the whole fruit, but it needs to be organic and ripe. There is a vast difference between commercial fruit (less) juices that are primarily composed of water and puree or concentrate with a lot of refined sugar. Don’t even touch that stuff…ever. The human body recognizes the natural sugars in fruit, so stick with what’s real and wholesome. If you are going to drink juice, it needs to be fresh in order to maintain the nutrients and the enzymes.

The facial exercise is worthy of your attention. The instructor looks thirty years younger than she suggested her real age to be with adult children.

It’s one thing not to eat in the car or be watchful of nail salons. It’s quite another to have to learn about some of the rest of the quickie fixes. We’ll get to some of those in the days ahead.

Suffice it to say that if you embrace a healthy Lifestyle, some of these things are going to be second nature for you. Do the things that make sense, do what feels rational and within reason, and explore the options you have before making a blind leap of faith.

We highly recommend a 100 year healthy Lifestyle that incorporates many of these quick fixes that become integrated into your daily routine.
