The P.I.N.K. Method and TheDoctorsTV: Fitness, Fun, and Funky Ways to Lose Weight and Tone Your Body

Dr. Travis, Dr. Lisa, and the women from the P.I.N.K. Method appeared on today’s episode of TheDoctorsTV to make a splash of colorful fun combined with weight loss and physical fitness.

The nutritionist designed and teaches this method of toning the body, changing the diet, and bringing about a healthier body to keep people ‘in the pink’.

Dr. Travis kept reminding Dr. Lisa that this was not going to be THE method of choice for her. She likes her licorice, her sweets, and all of her bad habits too much to be willing to change with this system.

But Dr. Lisa had some good things to say about the women in their pink and black outfits who inspire people to shape up and be fit in a healthier way than most diet and exercise programs.

The whole pink thing becomes a little funky after awhile following the initial cuteness factor wearing off. But the nutritional foundation behind this program is much better than many other systems out on the market.

If you want to have some fun, flatter yourself in pink, and get your moves on; this might be a method for you to use.
