The Doctors and Oz with Magic Wands, Hot Sprays, and Veggie Smoothies for Visible Health Trends
The DoctorsTV and our Dr. Oz had a good time discussing all the latest health Trends with great equipment to special sprays ending with a taste test for a vegetabel Smoothie mixed to improve your vision.
Here’s my ‘vision of health’ trends…they are worth exploring, experimenting with, and playing with in order to determine their value to you or to those who’s care and well-being is important to you.
I love new STUFF! I look for these things and I enjoy using my EAV equipment to evaluate their efficacy and their applications when the occasion arises to play and investigate, even though I am officially retired from being actively in practice. So today when Dr. Travis was spiraling around in the GyroGym, it made me smile…and want one of my own. I had a spherical wheel that my parents got me for Christmas when I was seven years old that was similar. It was in one of the specialty stores and it was FUN!
If you were unable to go to the gym or play nine holes of golf or go water skiing on the lake; then this fabulous GyroGym would be a great substitute for working out your core and strengthening your arm and leg muscles, including the abs. If you have chronic back pain, require regular chiropractic adjustments, or suffer from headaches or stiff neck pain; then this neat little circular exercise equipment might aleviate the cause by taking pressure off the spinal column and inverting the weight to stretch and elongate your spine. It is also a good workout for your lymphatic system and your circulatory system; so if you are sedentary and rarely find yourself upside down or bending over; then consider using this contraption to do the job for you and with you without placing stress or risking your life on the edge of a cliff on the mountain ledge.
I absolutely LOVE the concept of using the Pedal Power equipment that can produce electricity to power a computer, light some bulbs, and keep the juice flowing for an extra couple of hours with your own energy. When these are installed in gyms or offices, they will be considered very ‘green’ to efficiently use human energy to power the house. Everyone would benefit by having one in their homes, schools, offices, and entertainment facilities to contribute to the grid with the added benefit of exercise. When I visited Spain when I was 13, there was an Amusement Park in Madrid that was solely powered by one of the rides. When we would get on the hamster wheel and spin it by walking or running, it would generate electricity and keep the Park well lit and operational at night, too. It was fun and smart!
Personally, I would rather eat the onions, instead of applying them in a cream…but doing both is certainly possible. I am a fan of spicy food, but not willing to overwhelm my sinus passages unless absolutely necessary to reduce swelling with the hot pepper spray. A little wasabe with real horseradish goes a long way to doing virtually the same thing without the ‘wow’ factor of intensity with the spray. But then again, it’s better than white powder for a rush. LOL
I adore the people who developed the Monster Spray to help kids address their fears and support sleep and emotional release. The Lavender and Sweet Orange Essential Oils work beautifully and your children can be empowered while soothing their emotions with this intelligent solution. Sage has often been used to burn in an area where unwelcome spirits visit to disperse these entities and shift the vibratory field of that area. I could see entities when I was a child and my mother allowed me to explore what was happening, enabling me to face my fear and learn to master my environment. Since then, I have sent many uninvited guests away with complete success with and without the use of aromatherapy. Teach your children well…
If you and the kids insist on eating your French Fries; then that ActiFry is going to make them a little more heart-healthy for you. But be sure to use healthy fresh oils that have a high smoke point, so they don’t break down into biochemicals which are known carcinogens. Peanut oil and grapeseed oil are good choices. I know that canola oil is all the rage and common in many food products, but I advise that you stay away until further research can determine the potential for cancer and other degenerative diseases as a result of cooking at high temperatures with canola oil Just be smart about it! The condiments you eat with your French Fries will actually make them healthier for you when made from fresh organic ingredients. Dip your fries into these herb and spice mixes from Frontier and you’ll never miss ketchup.
That woman who grimaced when she tasted the vegetable Smoothie made me laugh. I doubt that she eats many vegetables and she probably never goes to the Juice Bars to get a great blend of healthy vegetables freshly juiced which is far better than V8 juice that’s been sitting on the grocery store shelf for six months after being in the warehouse for five months. That delightful veggie Smoothie is going to improve more than just your vision. Your eyesight will benefit right along with your liver, your blood, your lymph, and your entire digestive system. You might want to enjoy both the veggies and the fruit when drinking your Smoothies. The addition of lemon is a great idea. Bilberry has also been attributed to improving visual ability due to the value of supporting those tiny capillaries. Trace minerals will also enhance your vision. We recommend the MSM water drops for use in the eyes, ears, and on the surface of the skin. MSM keeps the membranes flexible, pliable, and allows for the transport of nutrients between cells. Dr. Oz gave some good tips for exercising your eyes to maintain your visual acuity. There are more ways to actually improve your eyesight which we will blog about in the future. One of the best ways to keep your vision sharp is to quit wearing all that make-up! Sleep and occasionally rest your eyes after reading or being on the computer for a long time.
All in all, there are too many health Trends to cover them all on this blog, but we will make every effort to comment on the ones that are featured on TV shows and in the media from time to time. Most of the things that are considered standard used to be a ‘trend’ in the beginning… Some trends are a little too expensive, like the Wand for aging skin; but then sometimes the benefits are worth the cost for the development and research that goes into these things. We are looking at Wands which alter the bio-energetic field and restore balance to your energy from three companies. Stay tuned for how that exploration reveals the inherent ability to accomplish the reversal of aging and the reduction of the causes of pain from these Wands.
Although I have yet to try out the JellyBath gel, it sure looks inviting and warming for a good soak that keeps the warmth working longer for you while encased in the gel. Leave it to the Japanese to develop this jelly, since they love their thermal baths, hot springs, and spa time.

I work out on a Gyrogym and have found it to be exactly how you discribe it. I used to hate the idea of going to my personal trainer. I got the idea he enjoyed watching me suffer. Now I really look forward to every moment I am in the Gyro. I turn on some great workout music and swing, twirl, and hang to it.
