It may take you more than one working brain cell to follow this thought to the culmination of the idea of “culpability”, but if you make an effort, it will be worth it!

Get the Lead out!

The Chinese businesses that sold the paint laden with Lead to the Chinese Toy Makers which sold the toys to USA Mattel who sold the toys to parents who gave the toys to their children who place those toys in their mouths…should all take responsibility for their choices.

However…the Chinese companies who knowingly put far too much Lead in the paint destined for toys need to assume “culpability” for this disaster!
