Sleep Deeply and Fast Once a Month to Be a Healthy Human!
As a Beginner, you can fast one day a month with a gentle introduction of just sipping on fresh fruit juice throughout the day and evening. Once your body adjusts to juice, you can graduate to distilled water.
If this is too difficult, then you can do a brown rice Fast once a month. You’ll want to dowse the brown rice with some gamasio and sea salt or a little brown rice vinegar or tamari at first to get your taste buds in line with the process.
When you do become a seasoned veteran after six months, go to distilled water for the entire day and evening.
This gives the digestive system a rest while redirecting the energy your body expends on digestion going to other vital processes.
Get a deep and restful sleep five days a week. This is essential to becoming a Healthy Human. Your body needs to regenerate while in various states during the sleeping cycle.
If you miss a night, take a good nap the following day. Make a point of napping until you feel refreshed and energized again. Two naps works equally well.
If you cannot find the time to nap, go to sleep earlier in the evening the next day. You really cannot afford to miss more than one good night’s sleep every week without compromising your Health.

A good pillow is a MUST! Get a buckwheat husk pillow or a memory foam pillow along with a down pillow and comforter and organic cotton sheets and blanket.
