Recalled Beef: Where Do You Buy Safe Meat Now?
People are shaking their heads in utter disbelief that such hideous practices could go on for so long and not be identified or corrected by the USDA Inspector with the recent Beef Recall in the News.
If you saw the YouTube video showing the cows being sprayed with the water hose and worse, you are wondering why it took this social network Video to get something done to stop this madness and recall the beef…all 143 million pounds!
Unfortunately, most of this beef from Westland Hallmark Meat Company has already been consumed, placing people at Risk for pathogens of many types, including Mad Cow disease. These were sick or “downer” cows, people, and if you have been paying attention to the signs of Mad Cow…this is obvious!
The public schools and other institutions are regrettably in the middle of this horrific situation. Who can say what the long-term impact of eating this meat will be?
Is it worth the risk? No, of course not!
