Prevention in Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Instead of telling you what all the other health professionals are saying about Breast Cancer this month, my contribution to Breast Cancer Awareness Month is going to be about Prevention.
There’s an old saying that you cannot be at Peace while you are preparing for war. The same concept holds true for Breast health, too. You cannot hold your focus on healthy breast tissue while you are expecting to find abnormal results from checkups. It is one thing to learn to examine your breasts to make sure that the tissue is healthy and normal on a regular basis, but it is entirely different when you are LOOKING for abnormalities.
It is more important to keep your attention on keeping your body healthy and strong, if you fully comprehend the way quantum physics works in creating physical reality.
Having made that clear…
First…Quit wearing tight bras and belts. In fact, quit wearing any restrictive clothing, whether undergarments or any attire that is too tight, too small, too constricting to breathe and move freely. Whenever you can, at home and while you sleep…leave that bra in your underwear drawer.
Whenever you can, wear loose clothing without a bra and give your breasts a chance to be free from their harsh cages. If you need to wear a bra, then find one that is made of all natural materials and is fitted perfectly for you in the proper size. Those underwires that leave marks and those straps that dig into your skin need to be given away. Your breasts need room to move and the lymphatic system needs to be free from restriction to function properly.
You deserve to get a Massage every week. You can find a well-trained Massage Therapist that is proficient in lymphatic drainage techniques. Bodywork is more than a luxury or a way to pamper yourself…it is a method to keep your body in balance. If your lymph is not moving properly and the circulation is impaired, the disease process has begun. It is essential to maintain healthy lymphatic movement and blood circulation in capillaries. Massage Therapy is one part of your total Health Plan for Well-Being.
Another way to maintain the health of your body’s fluids is to consume citrus fruits. Fresh citrus like oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, mandarin oranges, and tangerines all have bioflavinoids and nutrients that will support your Immune System and cellular integrity. The Essential Oils in the zest of these fruits is even more important than the interior succulent fruit segments, so be sure to add the zest to your food.
Most people have no idea that the frequency of one one the nutrients in citrus fruit vibrates at the same rate that is used in Rife machines to address Cancer and destroy abnormal cells. This is a secret that merits your full attention. Drink only freshly juiced juices from organic fruit. Eat the fruit at its peak of ripeness. It is THAT important!
Flaxseed and Salmon will provide you with the Essential Fatty Acids that have been proven clinically in many countries to prevent Cancer. Wild Salmon is fantastic! Flaxseed Oil from Barlean’s is superior to other brands, so buy the best from our affiliate Partners.
Root and Sea vegetables, Greens, whole grains, soy foods, and nuts, seeds, and other organic whole foods are ideal when you are eager to enjoy Wellness at all levels, including breast health. Green Tea is one of the best beverages available for keeping cells healthy.
Essential Oils have been known to make a big difference in keeping your body healthy, including the Endocrine System; so placing a few drops on your feet and your wrists every now and then will keep you whole. You can also benefit by diffusing a Blend of Oils in your home. It takes a little education to know which Oils are ideal for you at any given age and stage of Life, yet it is more of an assurance policy than any insurance could provide you and at a far better price!
Food choices of organic raw foods and healthy cooking techniques will further enhance prevention success. The use of organic olive oil and garlic with onions and spices with herbal seasonings make an incredible difference in your health. Avoid refined sugar, white flour, dairy products and any food item laced with synthetic compounds at all costs. A nice red wine and an organic dark chocolate snack is a premium way to find a delicious avenue to improve your breast health and prevent cancerous growth.
It goes without saying that “Loving Your Self” is paramount to well-Being! Yet…it cannot be emphasized often enough that your Self-Concept is going to make an incredible impact upon keeping you free of Cancer. Love your Body! Love your Self! If you find any aspect of yourself that meets with disapproval – Change it! Love your beautiful breasts, small and petite or large and bountiful! Keep your Love alive and your breasts will stay healthy with your wonderful attitude!

If you prepare a nice whole grain pasta dish using rice spirals with an array of vegetables and seasoned with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, roasted garlic cloves, and grated ginger with a splash of tamari; then she should be impressed enough to give you a chance to cook a second meal or reciprocate by inviting you to dinner at her place. Be sure to have some Brain Toniq or Reed’s Ginger Brew on hand or else prepare some Peppermint Tea with fresh lemon slices and blue agave syryp or honey to sip together.
You should have a side dish with beans or tofu or tempeh cutlets to combine with the rice spirals to make a complete protein. You could also make a tofu cheesecake, should you be inclined to try to be a hero in the kitchen.
Veggie Burgers are fine, but not for the beginner. They tend to get dried out easily unless you really know how to control the heat when cooking them. However, if you are falling in love, it’s never too much to ask to learn new skills and new recipes!
