Dr. Oz discussed Cancer on his show today with quite a few experts. They explained some of the common ideas and some of the frequent misconceptions about Cancer. It was a productive discussion.
This topic is important to not only Dr. Oz after his scare with colon cancer, but one of the experts stated that he feels that everyone watching this episode most likely has micro-cancerous cells in their bodies. Well, I am NOT one of those and there are more like me who know the inherent value of maintaining the function of our Immune System along with living a healthy Lifestyle.
However, there is a large percentage of the population who smokes, lives in a polluted environment, eats processed foods, engages in risky behaviors, harbors a lousy attitude, acts in ways that throws their bodies out of balance, and expose themselves to pathogens which transmute within the human body and establish cancerous cells in different tissues, the lymph, or the blood. This information is relevant to you!
One of the experts is mentioning processed or cured meats that contribute to the growth of cancer within the human body. Not everything is good for you, even in moderation. There are some foods that you simply MUST avoid or eliminate from your diet to ensure that you don’t compromise your own Immune System.
The three viral infections that the next expert discussed do lend to the development for cancers of every type. In fact, she went so far as to say that 5% of all cancer stems from these three viral agents that are responsible. That’s a big number… These viral infections also are the causal agents in inflammation and liver damage. They are trying to correlate treatments with exposure and the resulting cancer in various populations. There are no clear answers yet.
I CANNOT agree with this woman that young women or girls should get the vaccine for HPV that might result in cervical cancer. That is irresponsible, even though the drug companies have gone out of their way to try to make it make sense. My daughter has wisely promised me that she would never get that vaccine. Thank God, she possesses more common sense than these experts!
It is far superior to strengthen your Immune System, because your body really does know how to protect you from these invasive pathogens. We have told you repeatedly how and what products to use to keep your Immune System strong and functioning at peak performance. There are inherited weaknesses, but that does not always result in the development of cancer when a person embraces a healthy Lifestyle. You can overcome your genetic predisposition by living in an environment that precludes the pathogens from getting a firm foothold in your body. I know that is one of passionate hopes that Dr. Oz holds for his audience, that you will learn how to reduce the odds that your genetic heritage has given to you with the information he shares daily.
I sometimes wish that the AMA had had the foresight in the 1950’s to allow Royal Rife to continue his work, instead of black-balling him and anyone who worked with the Rife technology. It worked then, just like it works now; but there are industries that wouldn’t want you to know about this. It’s not a myth, but it has been hidden from the general public. The real Rife technology cured cancer. The real Rife technology eliminated pathogens using frequency.
Gouda Cheese contains vitamin K2 which inhibits angio-genesis. Two slices a day of hard cheeses appear to be significant according to another one of the experts on the Dr. Oz show today. I saw how Edam Cheese was made when I was in Belgium years ago. But these are artisan cheeses crafted in the ways of the Old World in Europe, so you have to be sure to select the proper cheeses made from organic milk. There are other sources of vitamin K2, if you have a sensitivity to dairy.
I appreciated the revelation of charring the meat by yet another expert on his show. Grilling and pan frying can alter the muscle tissue of animals and lead to the development of cancer when consumed by humans. Steaming, braising, and other preparation methods are much better than extreme high heat… It was pointed out that this is a risk factor, but not a death sentence. That’s true. But why take any risk, when there are good alternatives?
It’s crazy how much information about cancer is coming out now, even by the very physicians who at one time had no clue about all of these things! It’s about time. There are so many of us who figured this stuff out decades ago and we’ve been trying to educate people all of these years to dispel the myths and discuss the ways that lead to health and wellness and depart people from the development of diseases like cancer.

Dr. Oz strolled into unknown territory for the doctor on today’s episode. He brought a man who heals some people by the Laying on of Hands.
This was an eye-opener for the audience and for Dr. Oz. He is genuinely interested in the potential for healing using a method that has long been attributed to the miraculous.

This dedicated man prays, has a practice in a more traditional medical field, and offers healing in his church. Many of those who have felt changes in their health claim that it is a matter of Faith, because Western Medicine had not been able to provide any benefits. Others say it is a miracle independent of any religion. The man performing the miraculous stated that it is “LOVE” which binds us all.
Many nurses and others in the Healing Arts have been offering their energy to patients with Healing Touch. It is taught and provided at many hospitals around the world these days. Then there are the progressive folks who call this healing modality by many names, yet they still transmit ‘energy’ and the health of the person changes.
Reiki, Energy Work, the Buddha Medicine Wheel Transmission, Electro-Acupuncture, and so many other modalities and mechanisms that I could name are all examples of the application of the use of ‘energy’ to heal the human being and animals and other living beings. If you noticed the electro-acupuncture that the man referred to in his office; then that will present you with another clue about how this healing works, just as if one went to their Acupuncturist or Massage Therapist or learned Yoga, Tai Chi, or Chi Kung among other styles. The doctors on TheDoctorsTV whipped out three foods to help you with your eyesight.
First they told you about Kiwi fruit.
Then they mentioned Pomegranate or the juice of the seeds.
Lastly, they described that Wheat Germ contains chromium which supports your vision.
They do not know about the health benefits of Chrysanthemum Tea for your eyesight and the improvement of your vision.
We sweeten our Tea with stevia, honey, blue agave syrup, or organic white grape juice.
I have no personal experience with Kiwi and the claims for visual benefits. I am aware that chromium and the nutrients found in fruit and whole grains do provide health benefits to blood vessels, tissue, and bodily fluids.
I have seen excellent results with Chrysanthemum Tea with stevia. So that’s my favorite recommendation for you today!

I have to comment of today’s episode of Dr. Oz which featured a bowl to use in the microwave oven to pop popcorn.
Don’t use microwaves to pop popcorn unless you want to risk damage to your body!
Let me say it this way. It is healthier for your body to pop kernels of popcorn on the heat from a stove or campfire than it is to use a microwave.
I cannot recommend the use of a microwave for ANY purpose. I have told you why on many occasions and that’s not going to change any time soon!
Look…the kernel pops. It takes a lot of energy to make that happen. I do like a good bowl of organic popcorn seasoned with sea salt, organic butter, fresh organic herbs and spices. In fact, there was a time when I considered funding a business for healthy organic popcorn.
But I would never destroy popcorn by putting it in the microwave…never!
I used to use the microwave that my husband bought only for boiling water, but now I won’t even use it for that purpose. Forget microwaves! Find some time for the healthy preparation of foods and snacks…
The hot air poppers for popcorn are good choices. My favorite is the cage that you hold over a campfire or over the flames on a gas stove. It imparts more flavor and doesn’t damage the popcorn in the process.
That’s my take on it…pop it the healthy way or put a stop to the pop!

I cannot claim to be certain which biaural beat sound program Dr. Jim was listening to on today’s episode of TheDoctorsTV program, but I can speak to you about the use of Sound to induce or alter different states of Consciousness.
Dr. Travis described the behavior of young people to listen to I-Dosing on the Net. The concept is to listen to Sound tracks to enter an altered state and get a High. The physicians were concerned that this might be an unhealthy practice.
Dr. Jim mentioned that he had a headache following his exposure to the sound program he was listening to for the show. That might be related to a problematic condition in his brain…or it might be a sign of a change that could be beneficial. Without testing him, it is impossible to be certain.
Dr. Travis made an excellent point that rather than trying to use auditory stimulation for getting a High, he would prefer it for a feeling of Peace. I do think that the intent is important. I do not think that young people experiment with this form of stimulation by combining it with other trends for an altered state. One thing to play with at any given time is usually sufficient for most people until they determine if it helps or hinders…
Some sounds are incongruous for us and other sounds are balancing or can even be the source of an evolutionary cycle of changes. Each individual must be responsible for their choices when they expose themselves to sound.
If you listen to loud grunge music or other disharmonic sounds, your health is at risk. Not only do you affect your hearing, but your brain can experience significant changes. You can alter your Mind with discordant sound. Your heart can be affected.
Not all sound is disconcerting to the human body. Sound can be used for Healing and balancing as we have discussed on numerous occasions.
We have shared with you the value of Harmonic Overtones, Chanting, and the use of the ZP Tech Sound programs.
We are, as a species, susceptible to biological, mental, emotional, and psychological changes when exposed to music and sound. We are sensitive to our environment. It can either help you or hinder you.
Most of the advanced technologies in progressive Psychology are using Sound to manipulate a variety of states of Consciousness. Those of us on the Leading Edge of spiritual evolution use Sound to enter higher states of Consciousness. It has the potential to introduce an individual to a state of Bliss.
We have talked about the use of binaural beats to calm the Mind, to assist with Meditation, and to address addictions and disease with the power of the Mind and our ability to regulate our physical bodies with our Minds.
If you don’t know what you’re doing, it can hinder you. You can usually trust professionals to guide you, but that’s not always the case. You need to be fully Present and aware of what you are experiencing within your own Being and body. You are the one in control in these matters and you must be your own greatest advocate and caretaker.

Good Morning America had a segment with a few doctors describing differing points-of-view about feeding children Gerber Rice Cereal and the link to Obesity.
I am going to side with the doctor who implied that childhood obesity is generated by feeding infants Gerber Rice Cereal. Look parents…the rice has been processed. I continue to tell you that adults should only be eating whole grains, not Cheerios, not Rice Krispies, and this applies to infants and young children, too.
The doctor that I agree with suggested that parents choose whole grains like brown rice, instead of processed white rice cereals. Duh!
I will tell you that my own mother succumbed to the Gerber advertising campaign when I was too young to complain while she fed me that gruel. I developed horrible food allergies. Thanks, Gerber! But no thanks…
It was long into my teenage years that I made the connection between skin conditions and food selections. My parents and my doctors were clueless!
When I finally went to college, I moved to a city where they had a Food Co-op with health foods and bulk foods. I noticed an immediate and profound change in my health and it continued to improve as I changed my diet and began to eat whole grains and organic foods. I eliminated wheat, corn, and many of the other common foods that people have sensitivities to along with processed foods with chemicals. It worked like magic, but it really was based upon common sense. It changed my Life.
I refused to feed my children Gerber or any of the usual baby foods. I was well-known for having a food grinder at my table and preparing healthy foods for my children at the table from what I had prepared for everyone else joining me for dinner. My children never suffered from agonizing allergies.
So if you are trying to decide whether or not to feed your child cereal as you venture into whole foods, then be wise and make the choice for whole grains, organic vegetables and fruits, fresh juices from real food, and purified water.
Now…there are organic baby foods that I can recommend. Although these are going to be fine for your infant, it is far better to make your own baby food for your children. They will learn to love to eat a variety of whole foods when you set the example from your own table.
You should be willing to introduce your children to different ethnic cuisines and expand your children’s horizons when it comes to their culinary education. They may come to be health advocates of a number of cuisines from around the world. They will be more intelligent, more balanced, and more competent that their peers who eat processed foods. This will give them a distinct advantage in Life…

Let’s get down and dirty here for a serious look at oatmeal, oats, and groats. Is there a real difference between Quaker Oats, organic oats, oat groats, and different types of oatmeal? Well, naturally there is, or else I wouldn’t have to bring this to your attention!
Dr. Oz is constantly harping at his audience to eat oatmeal for a healthy breakfast. Now, oatmeal is far better than Cheerios, but not as good for you as oat groats! Furthermore, you should never drink cow’s milk with oatmeal or cereal or whole grains unless you’ve named the cow and she is out in your pasture ranging free and grazing on healthy plant material, instead of in a dairy farm where conditions are deplorable.
TheDoctorsTV physicians tell you to eat oatmeal or slather it on your hair or your face for a home-made facial. We should get Dr. Oz and the rest of the TV doctors together and teach them about oat groats with a nice little demonstration with the EAV equipment for their educational edification.
You also must remember to be VERY careful about what kinds of fruit you add to your bowl of oatmeal. Assuming that you wish to keep your digestive system in a relatively healthy state; you should NOT be combining acidic fruits or juices with grains – and that includes oats in any form whatsoever.
Do NOT drink orange juice with oatmeal. Do NOT put apples, citrus fruits, or any dried sub-acidic fruit on your oatmeal. Do eat blueberries or bananas or nuts with your oatmeal or other whole grains. Do use a healthy beverage like almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, rice milk, or goat’s milk with your oatmeal. Do use natural sweeteners with your oatmeal.
The industry is tripping your trigger with false claims on TV and fancy commercials extolling the virtues of oatmeal. Have you seen that ridiculous Quaker Oatmeal commercial that they just began airing on TV claiming that oatmeal is a superfood? Utterly disturbing…
Then McDonald’s is advertising oatmeal with fruit in a splashy commercial. It looks good, but then when you eat it with your morning coffee and get an upset stomach; who you gonna call?
Then you take medication for acid indigestion or reflux or whatever, and you are too stupid to quit buying the deceptive advertising and going back to the drawing board for a healthy breakfast menu.
Let’s be clear where I stand, because I stand upon the actual results when I have these foods on my EAV Testing Tray and check a person to get to the truth for them about how any food or substance affects them. No advertising can fool your body…only your mind – and that will change when you see the true numbers.
Quaker oatmeal is NOT a superfood. Their oatmeal is better than Cheerios, but you won’t be even putting those little O’s into the category as real food any time soon!
There are some excellent organic oatmeals that are plain or combined with cinnamon. If you are going to eat oatmeal, then at the very least make sure it’s organic and use maple syrup or some other natural sweetener to make it more palatable. Steel Cut oatmeal is preferable to rolled oats.
Granola is usually going to be more nutritious than plain oatmeal for your healthy breakfast or snack. Granola has nuts, seeds, and dried fruit combined with healthy oils for that infamous crunchy goodness. You’ll be getting more fiber, more nutrients, and feel fuller when you eat Granola.
The most ideal form of oats for your health is the whole oat groats. Yes, they take longer to cook; but they will fill you up and keep you going into the afternoon. There’s more fiber, more B Complex vitamins, and other nutrients that get processed out of other forms of oats. Organic oat groats have more inherent flavor and texture. You can make groats into either a sweet dish or a savory dish. You can add sauteed or roasted veggies with garlic, ginger root, and herbs with spices to season it to your utter delight.
If you want to snack on some item made with oats; then make sure it has healthy ingredients that are organic. There are too many companies making granola bars or snack bars with oats to make them appear to be healthy when they are just masquerading for the ‘real deal’. They prey on people who are too lazy to read the label of ingredients and be watchful of the quality of ingredients. They hope you don’t notice. I hope that you do!
There is one healthy granola bar company that has a commercial running on TV that is out in the mountains. Those of us who began this movement to get back to Nature in all aspects of our lives love the healthy snacks and you WILL find them at your local Whole Foods Markets or with our online affiliate partners. If you have some time on your hands and you love to spend time in your kitchen, the best that you can do is to make these yourself.
There are cereal companies who are so afraid of losing their market share to companies like Kashi that they are willing to run commercials that stretch the truth to the limit and slur the lines between deception and opinion. It’s a good thing that SOME of you can tell the difference. In particular, when you put a food in your mouth and in your body, you can feel the difference. There’s hope for you yet!
We hope that you do your Due Diligence and eat the best organic oat groats you can find along with the finest organic Granola money can buy, so you can get your whole grain goodness. While oats are not truly considered a superfood, you can at least use your superb intelligence to buy the best oats for your health.

I found the interview with Linda Evans by Rachael Ray this last week to be worthy of commentary. Both Linda and Rachael are ‘Sisters of the Stove’.
‘Sisters of the Stove’ share a common set of values. One of the most important values is to prepare food for another person, because one derives great satisfaction by sharing food that the other enjoys. I share this with these two sisters…
I learned from my mother to ask my family what they wanted to eat for their meals. My Mom and I would go to work in the kitchen to prepare what our family wanted to eat, what we knew would make them happy. It brought us great joy to be able to cook exactly what those we loved wanted to eat!
I am still doing this after all of these years. What do you want to eat for Dinner? That’s one of my favorite questions for my beloved partner!
I may make suggestions, but I much prefer cooking what my partner is hungry for… This is one way that I demonstrate my love and affection, my way of care-taking to the best of my ability…to prepare food that is desired by the one I love, because my intent is to nourish that individual.
Rachael Ray’s Show – Linda Evans
Linda was a fantastic guest and Rachael seemed to find many kindred issues to discuss. Rachael indicated that she was thrilled with the PBS Special “Pioneers of TV” that Linda participated in making which is now airing on TV. Be sure and catch the series and enjoy the walk along Memory Lane.
We watched the first episode, because it was about Star Trek and other SyFy shows that led the way. We began watching Star Trek in the early 1970’s and still watch it to this day, especially the blockbuster movies that JJ Abrams has taken to another level.
Now we’re ready to live it and experience Life aboard a starship like the Enterprise. The Merkabah is an amazing vehicle…self-propelled and capable of inter-dimensional travel! Spin those Bands…
Linda has evolved far beyond her roles in the good old Westerns and the TV Dramas. Linda is quite the cook! She knows how to feast with those who appreciate the value of great food and great company.
If you’ve never imagined what it might be like to break bread with someone who can tell stories spanning over 35,000 years; then you might want to give it some thought. I would love to feast with the Ram at a big table with friends and comrades within the community who share the Red Wine and the fantastic food that is served to be devoured with gusto!

It’s inherent within our social structure to enjoy sharing good food with one another. This is one reason why I spend so much time telling you which foods are healthy for your body. When we can nourish our beautiful bodies with healthy foods and genuinely enjoy the time we spend eating with friends and family, our lives are enriched.

There is usually a moment when the realization hits you and you know that a healthy Lifestyle is THAT important!
The young fellow that practices the 28 Day approach to changing your health and thus, your Life appeared on Dr. Oz and shared his wisdom with the audience.
Even the woman who told her story knows that she needs a change. It’s more than just one’s weight and numbers, it’s one’s approach to Life that requires adjustment… An entire attitudinal transformation allows the room that’s needed in your Life to bring about lasting change.
What’s your motivation? What do you want to have come into your Life? What will inspire you to make these changes over the next 28 days.
That’s less than a calendar month! Certainly, it will take more time to fully integrate these changes into the rest of your Life, but if you can do this for one month; then you can do it for as many months as you draw breath.
Dr. Oz and his handsome young guest extols the virtues of Ayurvedic Medicine. The ancient traditional Healing Art of Ayurveda from the Indian subcontinent is a plan for an entire Lifetime, much more than a mere 28 days. But as you use the tenets of this plan, you will find yourself adapting and enjoying the changes it provides. The amount of sex you have doesn’t have to be a point of contention, but Dr. Oz must eventually come to realize the concept of the conservation of CHI – JING – ESSENCE. If you are so busy with the kids, the house, the job, the tasks of every day living; then exhaust yourself just to have sex; then you will become depleted and suffer from degeneration. Not smart… If you nourish your body, mind, and spirit; then you can cultivate sufficient CHI to engage in excellent sexual gratification with true intimacy.
