Dr. Oz had a more level-headed guest expert on diet and exercise on today’s show. Tony has a ‘catch phrase’, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and you just have to show up. He did that on the Dr. Oz stage. Tony developed the PX90 system that asks ten minutes of your time every day.
Although I don’t necessarily agree with the stringent routine of exercise so many days a week, he is prudent to mention that a person get started and do something within reason.

Now he doesn’t think that a person who is 100 pounds overweight can instantly change to a Raw Foods diet and begin Yoga, but I beg to differ. They can… But they need to pace themselves in the process while their bodies adapt to the changes.
I think that Dr. Oz could really relate to Tony, even the part where he eats 10% cookies and other ‘stuff’ that doesn’t quite meet the healthy guidelines of the rest of his 90% decent diet. It all depends upon the kinds of cookies and other things you put into your body, because it can all be organic and healthy if you make an effort to see to it that it is.
I used to think that all of that PX90 was just junk mail and SPAM. I am not easily impressed, but some women seem to have trimmed down and found Tony’s methods to be useful for them. So much of a person’s choices is dependent upon their personal Lifetyle and where they are in the moment. Tony offers people a ‘pass’ for the times when they would normally have to consider that they were ‘cheating’ when using other systems. So this erases the guilt and some of the unrealistic expectations…
The best statement that Tony made was about a healthy Lifestyle and internal motivation. That is the motivation that will yield results year after year and become incorporated into one’s daily routine, instead of some stupid temporary fix or diet. The future is not ‘really’ a mystery when you intentionally design the kind of Life you want and stick to your healthy Lifestyle Plan on purpose.

The projection for reaching the human population target of seven billion people is for tomorrow, Monday, October 31st.
It only took 12 years to go from six billion to seven billion. It wasn’t until 1800 that the world saw one billion inhabitants around the globe. But what is amazing is that population growth is now in a state of decline.

Many countries are now below 2 percent growth rates for the first time in history. That means that they are having one child, instead of two or more. Although it’s mandatory in China, most other countries have arbitrarily seen a drop in birth rates.
China and India still lead in terms of population growth and they have many issues to deal with on account of too many mouths to feed, not enough land, and limited resources. War losses and loss due to disease have lessened somewhat, but they still take a toll on males who are supposed to be at their prime reproductive years. They could be making love and babies, instead of waging war…
Women are choosing to have fewer children. They want a career, they want their independence, they want their own lives and are having fewer children now than ever before. Why would women want to lose their beautiful offspring to wars, disease, food shortages, and violence for the sake of money? We don’t wish to subject innocent souls to this nonsense. Perhaps we will change our minds when our men get their acts together again and commit to nuclear families and building ‘community’, rather than being bent on destruction, competition, and the ugliness that goes with all of that.
How will that seven-billionth child stay well in his or her culture? Will they benefit from the ancient traditions of holistic medicine? Will they have access to modern medicine and the marvels of science? Will they be subjected to the risks of vaccination, biological warfare, limited access to food and clean water, or any other lack that is so common in the world? That remains to be seen and counted…
If it were me, choosing to reincarnate here on this planet again at this tumultuous time, I would choose America with a family devoted to Wellness and eating organic whole foods. I would want to be the child of a humble gardener, farmer, or rancher who knows how to live well upon the bounty of the Land. I would want to be a part of a thriving community where people valued one another’s contribution to the whole, had skills in Sustainable Agriculture, food preparation, and holistic healing modalities. That would give the seven-billionth child to be born on the Earth a better chance of living well, living long, and being a part of the future.

If you have any semblance of a scientific or rational mind, then it will be a logical step for you to realize that all Life on Earth evolved to eat the plants that are plentiful on this planet.
Dr. Oz finally took the time to explore the original and most natural diets which he is coining the Prehistoric Diet. I think that it might be more accurate to call it the Historic Diet.

The funny part of the show today was the short experiment where Dr. Oz put three women into a small enclosure in the Zoo. There these human animals were held captive in order to control their food intake, since humans are known to cheat and lie and go to desperate measures for processed foods. They basically camped out with the other animals at the Zoo for a few days, so that Dr. Oz could get some idea of how their numbers changed when they ate that Prehistoric Diet.
Let’s say that it was a good idea to contain the ladies in a cage. One person even tried to bribe visitors to the Zoo to bring her forbidden food! The only salt came from an olive in brine. The rest of their diet was composed of what the healthy zoo critters eat daily: fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, seeds, and nuts.
The women spent more time worrying about being hungry than they did nibbling their food to find the nourishment and enjoyment in the experience. They had restless sleep and made for frequent bathroom visits. But when the doctor saw the difference in their stats, he realized that there is NO PILL that could change the status of these women in such a short time…if at all. So Dr. Oz was impressed with his little experiment.
The women appeared on the show and were introduced to some sophisticated plant-based whole foods that could provide what they needed to sustain their progress. A vegetable and bean chili with greens; a nori roll with vegetables; and a green smoothie with seeds, fresh fruit, and almond milk. Rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk is substituted for dairy. Thank Goodness! They tasted it all and agreed that it was in fact…sustainable.

Look…it is not hard to eat Raw Foods, Whole Foods, and Plant-Based Foods. It simply takes some effort, time, and imagination to learn some new recipes and methods of food preparation. The women all felt good enough to be able to justify making that effort from now on…
Now, I would caution you not to be so stupid as to stick a wooden spoon in a blender that has been turned on! That was really horrifying. Just take a moment to turn off the blender, take off the lid, scrape down the sides of the contents in the blender, then turn it back on until all of the ingredients are suitably blended into a smooth smoothie. Duh! And that woman wrote a book… She needs a few pointers in the kitchen. She did not tuck in the ends of the nori roll to keep the contents from falling out, nor did she wet the edge of the nori to seal it. But all of that comes with experience!
This is one episode of Dr. Oz that you can sink your teeth into and learn how to be well…

At first I was dismayed that Dr. Oz would suggest Peppermint Oil to deal with Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS. There are better ways…

You won’t survive long without water and you won’t live well when you are sleep-deprived from insomnia.
People need ‘sleep’ as much as they require water, air, and food to live well and remain healthy.
But there are millions of people who struggle to go to sleep, stay asleep, and get back to sleep during the night. Many of these people are drugging themselves into oblivion in the process of trying to find a pill to fix their nightly problem.

Dr. Oz began today’s show with Dr. R who talked about the ‘milk’ that Michael Jackson was given by Dr. Murray who is on trial for murdering Michael Jackson. The doctors described how this drug affects the human body and how it is supposed to be used in an appropriate medical situation.
Dr. Murray will be convicted of killing Michael Jackson and malpractice if what these physicians say is true. Apparently, this drug is only administered in a hospital setting with attendants at all times and equipment to monitor the patient. Dr. Murray was negligent and he should not only lose his license to practice medicine, he should have to do ten thousand hours or more of community service. Jail is too easy for this man.
No other medical personnel were willing to give Michael more drugs or controlled drugs to help him sleep. They knew better. While it is a major issue for millions of people, drugs are not the best course of treatment.
Dr. Oz had several guests appear on the show who also suffered from insomnia. Their stories were frightening. Sleep is a precious commodity and natural methods are the ideal way to maintain one’s healthy sleep patterns.
Doctors need to learn to find alternative ways to help people deal with stress, pain, disease, and lack of sleep. We’ve talked about many of the ways we employ with the CieAura Holographic Chips and subliminal tapes.

Here we go again…
More sex talk from the ‘apparently endlessly-horny’ Dr. Oz, since he keeps talking about sex as often as any other topic besides obesity.
I wonder if Lisa ever gets bored with his penchant for penile discussion? I know that I do!
But let’s talk about today’s show. Dr. Oz and his two guest experts discussed the top five things that many men don’t want women to know they are thinking about when it comes to sex.
I don’t know very many men like these, but the doctor and his experts seem to think they exist; so some of you must encounter them in your lives…or be one of them.

Whether it’s premature ejaculation, watching porn to get ideas, masturbating, wondering if you can remain monogamous, or dealing with any other issues; men opened up and shared their deepest fears and concerns with the professionals.
I most liked the male guest’s responses to the men’s fears. The best point of the entire discussion was about porn. Women do not want their partners to be performing those abnormal acts on them, so getting ideas from watching porn is a ‘bad idea’. The men need to trust that their female partners will tell them what is gratifying to them, instead of guessing or trying out bizarre behaviors that depart from the norm and which are considered gross to many women.
I also appreciated the comment that when a man is masturbating, that he thinks about his partner to begin to correlate the neural pathways in the brain with the relationship. That was a useful suggestion…
Naturally, intimacy is more authentic when true communication opens a channel for partners to talk about anything and everything. That advice to hug for at least 30 seconds or longer was also a good idea. Hugs and eye contact can do more for a relationship than most males realize.
If you really need to spice up your style, then read the Kama Sutra, go to a Kundalini Workshop, learn about Tantric Yoga, or spend more time figuring out why you keep so much energy coiled in your First Seal! There are healthier things to do with all of that Life Force…

We are all so busy with our daily lives that sometimes the most basic details escape our attention. Our domain was up for renewal and we missed it.
We hope that you didn’t miss us too much for two days! I missed blogging.
I would have told you that it would be foolish to give young boys that HPV vaccine before they are sexually-active. I would have suggested that parents, teachers, and health care providers instruct young males and females in ‘safe-sex’ practices, instead of putting a vaccine into their bodies unnecessarily. It’s disgusting to me that doctors EXPECT people to get diseases, rather than helping them to maintain their well-being.
I would have discussed the sexcapades on TheDoctorsTV and Dr. Oz who just can’t get enough ‘sex’ into the topics they discuss on their shows. It’s getting old…and boring!
But we’re up and running again today going back to ‘business as usual’ with daily posts about crucial subjects in the public eye. I suppose that many of you visited our sister blog “Lifestyle News Tips” while wondering where this blog went!

Yet again the good Doctor Oz decided to bring the topic of SEX into the day’s discussion. If you are not having healthy sexual experiences at home, would you cheat? Dr. Oz and his guest expert think so… You should prove them wrong for all the right reasons.
His guest expert helped to direct the audience to attend to the ways to boost their libido rather than being healthy. It’s getting to be the ‘same old tune’… These people prefer to talk about dysfunctions instead of healthy behavior and it’s ‘old news’.
When will these ‘so-called experts and doctors’ learn to balance the frequency of sexual activity with the bio-energetic needs and resources of their bodies?
Dr. Oz and Your Five Tests to Take Now
If you are deficient, you will NOT have the energy to have sex or do most other extracurricular things until you nourish the organs and systems of your body to replenish that deficiency. You will be making all sorts of excuses, but you won’t truly change over time. Deficiencies cannot be covered up by bed sheets that are darker, non-lemon scented products, or l-argenine. Please tell the doctors that there is no quick fix.
Color Therapy is based upon some solid research, so the idea that the color of the sheets is important for the quality of your sleep is not purposeful…it is. Dark Brown, navy blue, pine green, and even black sheets are practical. But if you have any light on in the bedroom from a candle, nightlight, or lamp or even the full moon shining in through the window; you will find that your body is not producing sufficient quantities of melatonin to allow you to enter deep states of sleep. That whole idea of thinking about sex at least one time a day is preposterous. How many women are busy with work, children, household chores, meals, social events, and their own interests to always take a moment out of their day to ‘think’ about sex? Sex is not all that its cracked up to be…
If you have to ‘worry’ about all of the signals and signs that indicate that your spouse may be cheating with someone; you need to assess your relationship. Trust, communication, and intimacy deserve more attention than worry or speculation.

Look…did you really think that the ability to open the lids on the pickle jars was a sign of aging? Dr. Oz was really stretching for an analogy depicting relative strength and correlating it with aging. HE himself had a difficult time opening the bottle of pickles. He had to put more muscle into it the third time to get it to move and he has more sex than most of you.
There are more beneficial ways to strengthen your body and your hands than to squeeze a ball…
The worst advice of the day was to overlook one’s anger or frustration with one’s partner before going to bed for the night by giving a neck massage that leads to sex. That’s hardly the answer to a couple’s issues and disagreements. It’s the refusal to deal with what is real and genuine. There is no substitute for honesty and direct communication to settle any disparity. The anger or other emotions you harbor injures you! It weakens your relationships and it continues to take a toll until you get to the foundation issues with your partner. If it helps to have a third party like a therapist to assist in this process, then do it. Just DO IT!
Dr. Oz needs to get a grip and inform his staff to be more professional in the ways they deal with sexual issues. They need to grow up. The gimmicks need to be replaced with authentic behavior. That will do more to slow the aging process and lead to better sleep and a healthier Lifestyle than these silly things that the production crew comes up with…
