Oprah and Linda Evans, Teri Hatcher, and Cybil Shepard: The Truth About Inner and Outer Beauty – Beyond the Illusion When You Have to Face Aging
I found it intriguing that Oprah was so amazed that three stunning women had given so much thought to their personal Truth about Inner and Outer Beauty!
Linda Evans, Teri Hatcher, and Cybil Shepard all shared their own challenges with the issue of growing older, changing with age, and the opinions of self and others in the face of time. So many women, young and old, have to ‘face’ the subject of beauty at some point in their lives. It forms so many perceptions in our culture that it is often the most common thought on one’s mind for pretty girls and handsome boys.
Young people learn that they are treated differently when they are perceived to be good-looking in our culture. They are favored, showered with attention, and selected to be the icons of the group they are connected to through their social networks and family circle. They are given constant verbal and non0-verbal cues that shape their lives and their opinions of themselves. This impacts their lives as they begin to show the wear and tear of natural aging.
Teri is not the first woman who decides to ask the question about what’s real and what’s true in regards to Beauty. She is one of the current faces of note, so we are paying attention to what is on her mind. What comes to my mind as I listened to her describe her feelings to Oprah…was that she is as insecure and confused as most women who have had to depend upon their exterior features to work and interact with people in her business and her personal life. She is not alone…and that was made evident with further discussion with Cybil and Linda Evans.
All of the confidence, the glamor, the fascination in the public eye…it didn’t really make their Beauty real for any of them. In fact, it brought doubt, hesitation, confusion, mixed feelings, and even some dramatic behavior to the table to help them sort it all out.
Yet…one would pose the suggestion that they had set up this whole experience to gain wisdom at a spiritual level within their own Beings in this Lifetime. It’s a good lesson for the Soul.
Who do you love? Do you love yourself as you are? Do you love the illusion of the image that you project to your public and loved ones? Will they withdraw their love and affection when you age and your beauty fades with the passage of time? Each woman and man must answer these questions at some point and sometimes several times over the course of their lives. The most significant answer is the one about ‘the love of Self’. Are you satisfied with who you are? If you can say, “yes”, to this; then you will be fine at any age and in any condition.
I have personal knowledge of Linda Evans, given that we both moved to Rainier, Washington to pursue our ‘spiritual journeys’. In fact, I almost bought the ten acres across the road from where Linda lives. The area is beautiful and many of us have found peace and joy living amidst the evergreen trees and learning about Immortality and the magnificent power of Consciousness.
I once attended a Retreat at Estes Park and we were forced to go to Yelm to complete the Retreat. Linda and JZ had been rushed out of the facility for their safety and we all gathered everyone and headed back to the Ranch. My two traveling companions and I stayed at Linda’s house and we took care of about twelve people for the duration of the Event.
This is when I met Lynn Sorenson and found that Linda’s generosity of Spirit was sufficient to help this young woman face cancer. Linda is much more than a ‘pretty face that’s popular on TV’; and she showed the true depth of her Inner Beauty and character that week. I would say that she found the answers to the questions that Oprah had by living in our spiritual community and interacting with real and caring people who love for the beauty of spirit while appreciating the Outer Beauty that is captivating. Most of us loved Yanni for his creative ability with music, instead of his strikingly handsome exterior. His music will outlast his youthful good looks!
We love Linda for her courage and willingness to find her personal Truth and for her dedication to her spiritual journey. She is one of us who loves The Great Work more than anything else in this Lifetime. Yet we have hearts that are large enough to embrace the beauty of family, friends, and healthy food that we enjoy feasting upon with one another. I had a dream experience two years before Linda began to pursue her love of cooking, feasting, and sharing which I have never told her about. Someday we’ll have a few moments to discuss the Remote View of the Feasts with the Ram.
Outer Beauty is impermanent, transitory, and short-lived, but the Inner Beauty of the individual is eternal and enduring. This is the lesson for the ladies, including Oprah to gain an understanding of this time. The great works they do will last beyond their lovely external appearance. Personally, there is no one who is as beautiful as a person heading off to the Tank or in the Name Field that is focused, single-minded, and in a state of perpetual blissful awareness. That is the true nature of lasting beauty beyond the illusion of time and expectation.
However, there is an art and a science to maintaining youthful beauty and slowing the aging process. The ancients knew and practiced this and passed it on to those of us in the Healing Arts. This encompasses herbs, whole foods, nutritional supplements, and bio-energetic tools like the CieAura Holographic Chips and Wristbands as well as the MRS 2000 equipment. You read about these things here all the time! We want the body to have vitality and exist in a state of dynamic Well-Being until we learn enough on our spiritual journey to ensure our own Immortality. Even products like the ZP Tech powders and liquids support this process. That’s why we continue to provide this special information to you here on this Blog… Enjoy and know that you are truly beautiful when you are living in alignment with your spirit in a state of acceptance, love, and joy.
