National Cheesecake Day: Make a Cake with Tofu For the Health of It Today!

Today is National Cheesecake Day and many people are celebrating it by eating a slice or two of the delectable dessert.

We’ve made hundreds of cheesecakes the traditional way over the years, but our favorite is still our famous Tofu Cheesecake.

It’s smooth, it’s healthy, and it’s so delicious that you would never know there’s tofu in the recipe unless I told you or you asked about the ingredients.

The great thing about tofu is that it can take on any flavor that you pair with it. The chocolate or the lemon or the almond or the berries that you love in your cheesecake are only enhanced by the addition of tofu in the classic recipes.

There’s one new craze in the world of cheesecakes that I find fascinating. The lollipops with a ball of cheesecake on the end of the stick are quite a good idea.
