Longevity is Attainable!

Longevity…Life Extension…Immortality! Is it all a pipe dream or it is really possible? Our strong affirmation is that it is very obtainable – given that one has the Mindset initially that allows for the body to exceed its genetic markers.

If a person who wishes to live long and well actually takes the daily actions that contribute to this objective; then it is within reach and simply is demonstrated by manifesting a Lifestyle of Well-Being. A few foods like nuts and seeds; fresh fruit including citrus; dried fruits like figs, raisins and prunes; and daily servings of dark leafy Greens begin the road to Longevity.

Whole Grains, healthy oils like olive oil, and foods that provide the energetic qualities from all 5 Elements (salty, sweet, pungent, sour, and bitter) along with specific herbal formulations contribute to this exceptional achievement.
