A few years ago I heard that my ex-husband had to look for another job after our Mask business slowed to a snail’s pace. I was never told why until recently when my daughter spilled the beans on Bucky and the thieves who have stolen my copyrighted mask design.
Now I am just learning that the bastards at Bucky’s decided to outsource the manufacturing of my Sleep Mask that they had been buying from my ex-husband, Tomas. Well, you can imagine how I feel!
I feel violated. I feel the Law has been broken and no one has challenged it. I feel like I need to tell all of you the truth, so that you will quit buying Bucky’s products until they right a grievous wrong done to my family.
Not only is it against the Law to violate a copyrighted design; but it is immoral, unethical, and despicable to say the least about those who made the decision to circumvent the Law as well as the Chinese company who was willing to defraud my business and the existing copyright.
I am ashamed to have mentioned Bucky in previous posts to refer you to buy the Sleep Masks from them, especially now that I have found out that that have consciously stolen money that supports an American family! Bucky people – you are disgusting and you had better make amends to me and my family by doing the ‘right thing’ and buying my masks again from the original American source.
Please help me by contacting Bucky and demanding that they change their policies and their choice to break the Law and defraud my business in this deplorable manner. They need to compensate me and/or begin to purchase my copyrighted mask design from us again.
Bucky Sleep Mask Fraud
Dr. Oz is promoting my Mask for getting a good night’s sleep, because it is the best mask for blocking out light which prevents the secretion of melatonin. This was the purpose for my original design and that pocket originally was intended to hold the clippings of fingernails and hair for a spiritual healing practice that Ramtha taught me as one of his students long ago – not earplugs as it is being used for by Bucky.
I was thrilled to see Dr. Oz recommend my Sleep Mask on his television show, since I am proud of my superior design and function. But now that I find that I have been betrayed, the Law broken, and injustice done that impacts my children who deserve better from the American system; in all fairness, I must come to the public to ask for your assistance in correcting this error and breach of contract.
