Finally…Dr. Oz Gets the Scoop on Food and Health Issues with Toxins
Dr. Oz tackled the huge problem with our food supply, from mercury, pesticides, and toxins that compromise your health…to packaging issues from canned foods to plastic. Today you got part of the Scoop on this enormous health challenge.
When I learned what was happening to the adulteration and contamination of our food supply and the degradation of the soils in the 1970’s; I realized that I was going to have to find and develop special resources to acquire healthy whole foods. We’ve been working on this ever since…and quite successfully as the entire Industry grows and prospers. True Health and Wellness is the wave of the present and the future!
Dr. Oz finally got down to the absolute necessity of organic whole foods and began to give whole foods the predominant place in authentic Well-Being. Now…he needs to realize that organic foods are not really that much more expensive than the commercial choices that are inferior in quality…ten percent more in initial price translates into thousands of dollars saved when you don’t have to pay a high price for debilitating diseases and chronic sickness. Organic foods are well worth a few more cents and dollars at the cash register when compared to what awaits those unsuspecting trusting fools who are willing to risk their very lives with toxins and poisons in the foods and the materials used to package foods and beverages.
It’s essential to detoxify your body effectively if you even eat one meal of questionable food…be it fast food or food from the corner grocery store or at a festival. You owe it to yourself to keep removing these toxins by using Liquid Zeolite daily. It cages toxins and safely transports them out of the body.
Let’s Talk Healthy Fish…
Mercury in fish and other seafood is understated in importance. Once you have mercury enter into your body through the digestive system from contamination with food or when you bite down on your fillings and the vapors are released in small, but potent quantities; your body has no built-in mechanism to eliminate this heavy metal. It’s going to linger in your body, killing cells that each molecule comes into contact with, which you can see with the Dark Field Live Cell Microscope.
Mercury will continue to damage your body until it is eliminated using Liquid Zeolite or other effective detox agents. It’s that simple…it’s a do or die proposition. So either you detox constantly…or surrender your common sense to let these heavy metals co-exist in your body and lose ground cell-by-cell-by-cell 24/7/365 for life. There’s no getting around this issue…it’s THAT big for you. So when you are selecting your seafood and fish, you MUST be sure to pick the best you can get in the marketplace. Our VitalChoice partners lead the field in sustainable fishing practices and the quality of their salmon and other seafood is superior and reigns supreme.
VitalChoice Fresh Seafood and Organic Foods
Be sure to check out the Base that makes so many seafood dishes delectable, it is in a mix that you can order and it cooks up quickly. The Organic Cioppino Soup Base is rich in tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, garlic, olive oil, and herbs having been based upon an old Italian recipe. It makes a great soup and can also be served over any pasta or noodles.
The sustainability of the Vital Choice selections means that you are going to get the best fish from the ocean with the least risk of health issues like poisoning from mercury and the plastics that are now being found along commercial fishing lanes. Sure…the age of the fish is significant as Dr. Oz discussed with sushi tuna, but where the fish are harvested can be of even greater consequence.
We also want you to be aware that you can get exotic meats from Fossil Farms and that the risk of contamination in these wild game items are far less than in commercial beef, chicken, and pork. You will be spoiled with the great flavor that these exotic meats have…like the old days when we would go hunting and get our elk, deer, antelope, rabbit, grouse, and duck. But now you have access to every game animal that is edible from Fossil Farms.
Fresh, frozen, or canned? We’ve addressed this before, but it continues to be important to stress that fresh organic whole foods is the way to Wellness. Some frozen foods are coming in second place, but if you want to know the truth…there is LESS life force or chi in frozen foods when compared to fresh produce. Life force is a factor in Energy Medicine, but unless you are well-informed it would slip past you for lack of knowledge. Trust us…when we test this with our equipment, it always is demonstrated that there is more chi in fresh compared to frozen or canned or even dried or dehydrated foods.
Canned food might be your last resort, especially for Preparedness for Emergency Survival Kits and Food Storage, but limit your canned foods to those companies which use healthy packaging practices. Decades ago we learned that the taste of canned tomatoes that people had come to prefer was due to the tin leaching out into the tomato. Bad News! Canned foods also have lost and keep losing life force energy over time. Please do not assume that a company is ‘green’ when it comes to their canning policies. Inquire…and then either change brands or demand that they consider changing for the health of their customers and the longevity of their business. Please support the companies who have made it an issue to can with your health in mind!

i am a food technologist and i agree that fresh food is better than processed food. chemicals used in preservation enhance shelf life but reduces its positive effects on health.
