Dr. Oz Tackles the Dukan Diet: Years of Fine Tuning and the Approval of the New Duchess of Cambridge
Tomorrow, Dr. Oz will be taking a look at the now popular Dukan Diet. He is a little late to join the wagon train, but he’s going to weigh in on the new weight loss program that has been sweeping Europe and is now getting attention in America.
I first heard about the Dukan Diet when there was an article about Catherine Middleton, now the new Duchess of Cambridge following her marriage to Prince William, now Duke William a few days ago in London. She had been on the Dukan Diet to become a little more slender for her wedding day.
Her family and others in France and England are finding the Dukan Diet to work quite nicely for them, especially with the first phase offering a rapid reduction in pounds. The gentleman who developed this Diet, Dukan, owes it to the oat bran.
Oat Bran is high in fiber and most people do not consume the foods that are high in fiber on a regular basis. Fiber is fabulous! Just ask the proponents of the Dukan Diet.
It has quite a few phases which are designed to stair-step you through stages that help you make some adjustments to the way you eat and the changes that come with weight loss as you return to your ideal weight, shape, and form.
