Dr. Oz and Weight Loss Commandments: Better Than Ten to Trim the Fat
Sure…Dr. Oz was playing the role of Moses when he presented the tablets with his ten commandments for weight loss today while trying to help the audience chisel off a few pounds. But he could do a lot better with his commandments, so we would like to make some amendments that we feel will give you superior results when trimming the fat and reaching your ideal weight in a health way.
The first commandment is ridiculous and Dr. Oz should re-think this all-important number one on his tablets! The very notion of thinking that people are so stupid as to not realize the truth about their pants fitting in a comfortable way around their waists is utter non-sense!
Honestly, to say that a person should never wear stretch pants is beyond reason… You see…people who are observing their physical size and realizing that they are too large, too fat, too big, and overweight are not motivated by the degree of stretch in their panties. Let’s go at this from another direction.
It is NOT healthy to have tight pants that restrict the free flow of CHI or energy, let alone pants that are physically too tight or inflexible when one moves during the course of their daily existence. To bind oneself in tight-fitting pants with tight belts is foolish! It is one of the most debilitating ways to assess one’s changing figure. There is a better way: Wear comfortable pants that are flexible and will expand and contract with your natural movements in such a way as to support healthy circulation of bodily fluids and CHI without restriction.
Amendment to the First Commandment: Wear comfortable clothing and change sizes as your body changes to support healthy circulation and freedom of movement.
Go and get some Yoga gear! These articles of clothing are designed to be comfortable, flexible, and form-fitting as well as form-flattering. Also…consider organic cotton and bamboo clothing as healthier alternatives to synthetic fabrics. Comfort is king in this domain!
Amendment to the Second Commandment: Keep your clothing that is either to large or too small to remind you how you have taken your Willpower and applied it to change your body to become healthier. These articles of clothing will remind you of your success and you can layer larger items for cold winter weather.
You never know when a house guest or other family member may want to wear some wonderful item in your closet or storage area. Although giving clothing to charitable organizations is a good idea, it never is wrong to keep clothing in storage. You can find a re-use for any article when you watch Martha Stewart or get ideas on her website.
