Dr. Oz and Tony: The Past is History, the Future is a Mystery, and It’s a Matter of a Healthy Lifestyle
Dr. Oz had a more level-headed guest expert on diet and exercise on today’s show. Tony has a ‘catch phrase’, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and you just have to show up. He did that on the Dr. Oz stage. Tony developed the PX90 system that asks ten minutes of your time every day.
Although I don’t necessarily agree with the stringent routine of exercise so many days a week, he is prudent to mention that a person get started and do something within reason.

Now he doesn’t think that a person who is 100 pounds overweight can instantly change to a Raw Foods diet and begin Yoga, but I beg to differ. They can… But they need to pace themselves in the process while their bodies adapt to the changes.
I think that Dr. Oz could really relate to Tony, even the part where he eats 10% cookies and other ‘stuff’ that doesn’t quite meet the healthy guidelines of the rest of his 90% decent diet. It all depends upon the kinds of cookies and other things you put into your body, because it can all be organic and healthy if you make an effort to see to it that it is.
I used to think that all of that PX90 was just junk mail and SPAM. I am not easily impressed, but some women seem to have trimmed down and found Tony’s methods to be useful for them. So much of a person’s choices is dependent upon their personal Lifetyle and where they are in the moment. Tony offers people a ‘pass’ for the times when they would normally have to consider that they were ‘cheating’ when using other systems. So this erases the guilt and some of the unrealistic expectations…
The best statement that Tony made was about a healthy Lifestyle and internal motivation. That is the motivation that will yield results year after year and become incorporated into one’s daily routine, instead of some stupid temporary fix or diet. The future is not ‘really’ a mystery when you intentionally design the kind of Life you want and stick to your healthy Lifestyle Plan on purpose.
