Dr. Oz just started his Twelve Days of Christmas segment today. This is the first day of Christmas leading up to an amazing Holiday of Health, Wellness, and Joy.

Dr. Oz began with song…music to our ears! Use your voice to speak words of Joy, Happiness, Health, Well-Being, and Love when speaking to yourself and to others…even your plants and animals.

The first day is lacking the real gadgets of health when Dr. Oz had his expert recommend a plastic steamer. No, no, no to that ridiculous idea! Go for the Bamboo Steamer instead!

There is no reason to ruin good food by putting it in the microwave and trying to steam it there…exposed to microwaves that alter the energy and vibratory rate of the food material. That will destroy your health, instead of doing what steaming does to preserve the integrity of vegetables and other foods. Bamboo steamers are the best for steaming your food and don’t settle for anything less, even if it is given to you free.

The cool mode of transportation that Oz is giving to his audience is great! I wish that I could get one before they are made available to the public! Using this nifty little gadget will get you out and moving, but it doesn’t take the place of walking. Walk this Holiday Season and love the season for it’s utter beauty, whether you live among the palm trees or are graced with the silent beauty of falling glistening snow!
