Dr. Oz and the Specific Actions the Doctor Can Take to Heal His Colon and Live Cancer Free
I really have enjoyed the countless hours watching Dr. Oz on Oprah! and the Dr. Oz Show over the years. He is one of the first mainstream physicians to publicly endorse and describe Bio-Energetic Medicine as the wave of the future. It is…you know that if you read my Posts here regularly.
I felt concern for Dr. Oz when he announced his new challenge with his colonoscopy which puts him at risk for Colon Cancer. I would like to open the door for Dr. Oz with the information that he will need to ensure that he lives the rest of his life cancer-free.
Yes, he needs to adopt a comprehensive Lifestyle that is healthy and filled with daily behavior which allows an individual to walk the path of Wellness. Yes, he needs to be disciplined and dedicated to his own health and well-being. Yes, he needs to be serious and NEVER cheat his body nor rob it of life-enhancing nutrients and energy from the choices he makes in his diet and his day-to-day routine which defines his healthy Lifestyle.
Dr. Oz…you simply must QUIT having sex more than once a week. You are expending TOO much vital Life Force or Chi when you direct SO much energy, time, and attention to orgasms. Your wife clearly loves you…I can see it in her eyes and it is obvious in the pages of her book about your relationship. If she loves you, she will curtail your frequent sexual encounters to conserve your Kidney Chi and Jing. If you deplete your reserves; then it is more likely that cancer will ravage your body. You need that energy to support your Immune System, your blood, your lymph, and your vitality. It’s not as if you must give up sex or ejaculation entirely, just less frequently. It is called ‘conservation’ and Balance in Life.
Next, you need to be on a first name basis with sea vegetables and REAL whole grains. You did a good job today talking about amaranth. Now, it’s important that you EAT whole grains and reduce your consumption of bread, cereal, and foods made with flour. You simply have to limit the amount of wheat you are eating. Your colon was too red and irritated when I watched your colonoscopy. Dr. LaPook mentioned IBS which would be indicated with inflammation and redness from the irritation and at a bio-energetic level – too much heat. You need a balance of cooling and warming whole grains. You need WHOLE GRAINS like groats in your daily diet. The Brown Rice that you suggested be replaced by amaranth is going to be neutral and is advantageous for you. Amaranth, quinoa, oat groats, millet, and other whole grains are going to be your new friends. You are going to have a whole grain dish right along with a sea vegetable dish with at least two meals every day. Dr. Oz…meet your best new friends: Kombu, wakame, hiziki, and nori.
Dr. Oz might already be familiar with nori, if he eats any sushi. But beyond the restaurant sushi that is often made with non-organic sugar and vinegar in the white rice; he needs to be eating nori rolls that he and/or his wife makes at home or get from a Whole Foods Market. You can slice carrots, daikon, and other veggies, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and roll your nori rolls to be dipped in an organic dipping sauce with tamari, ginger root, diced garlic, scallions, and toasted sesame oil. You can vary what you fill the nori rolls with and the ingredients in the dipping sauce; but by all means eat your nori. The kombu and the wakame can be added to bean dishes and soups.
You are going to include a pickled item with two meals a day whether it is sauerkraut or pickled ginger root slices or fermented vegetables; this is a little known key to proper digestion. Commercial pickles do not qualify here! You can find organic sauerkraut and we’ll include a link for fermented vegetables that are ideal for creating a more suitable environment in your colon.
Fermented Foods
Root vegetables like sweet potatoes, turnips, parsnips, and dark leafy greens need to be embraced daily. You can’t go loading them with butter or sour cream either… You can prepare a nice sauce or dip or compound butter from soy or coconut butter to adorn your root vegetables with for enhancing the flavor. You need to spend more time in the kitchen with your wife, side-by-side to change what you eat in the evening when you give your body the nutrients that will sustain you.
It’s time that you learn what the people who adopt a macrobiotic and/or a raw foods diet know. You can eat a percentage of both cooked and raw foods to find an ideal Balance for your body. You can help with the food preparation and become immersed in the use of spices, herbs, and seasonings which will provide you with the energy and the frequency information that will save your life from setting up the conditions that keep cancer from getting a foothold in the body. Next, you can brew some Fenugreek Seed Tea and enhance this tea with freshly-squeezed organic lemon juice and manuka honey. Balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar can be combined with organic olive oil and other healthy oils for a salad dressing. Eat organic greens and if there’s one thing that you need to learn to do with your salads and the rest of the food you eat…it is to chew, chew, and chew slowly and thoroughly until your food is properly and fully masticated. If you don’t begin to mix your food with the enzymes in your mouth with chewing; you begin to compromise the rest of the digestive process.
