Dr. Oz and the 2010 Health Challenges for Resolutions
Dr. Oz feels that many people have made new Resolutions in 2010 to quit smoking and to lose weight. Those are worthy resolutions, but they are the least of your worries.
You should be giving more attention to your general health. When you begin to embrace and use healthy Lifestyle ideas and the products and services we suggest to you here; you will naturally lose excess weight and it will be easier than you can imagine to quit smoking and change your habits to support a healthier Lifestyle in every aspect of your Life.
You can quit smoking, but first we suggest that you have the electronic cigarettes to quell your cravings until you feel ready to give up the habit completely. Having an electronic cigarette in your hands and your mouth provides the semblance of smoking without the harmful tar until you have done a good detox for your body and end the craving for tobacco. You can still get your nicotine until you free yourself from the need for this highly addictive substance.
You can still lose some weight and changing your choice of foods for breakfast will help you immensely. You need to find whole grains and gluten-free foods or recipes that fill you up and satisfy your taste buds simultaneously. Here is a link for some nice selections that taste great and will give you hours of a sense of fullness with real nutrients instead of a sugar rush.
Personally, I think food combining is a truly essential issue that has not been given the time and attention it deserves. Fruit…fresh organic fruit…is ideally eaten alone in the morning. Do not combine your fruit with toast or cereal or whole grains, unless they are sub-acid fruits like banana or berries. Your body requires the healthy enzymes available in fresh fruit for your metabolic function to be satisfactory. Fruit is more important than most people realize, and it needs to have a higher priority than just a few blueberries in your Smoothie, although that’s a good start.
This is the year to concentrate on your general Wellness for diet, exercise, and attitude in the context of a comprehensive Lifestyle.
The Passion Flower extract is a good idea for the most part; but the use of Essential Oils is vastly superior for addressing stress and the need for a substance to support relaxation and calmness.
Lavender is better than lemon or peppermint. Use a pharmaceutical grade Essential Oil rather than a fragrance that is ineffective.
Mountain Rose Essential Oils
I have to research Freka…since it is not on my regular radar. I am finding that other whole grains are in the limelight and I will be sharing more about these with you in a few days. Remember that whole grains provide the necessary B complex vitamins to alleviate stress and nourish the nervous system. They are an important source of fiber for your digestive system, too. They provide a slow release of complex carbohydrates which will help you with your effortless weight loss.
Here’s a great source for healthy foods, oils, condiments, and sea salt:

The cute Doctors also offered their suggestions for your health in 2010 and they actually delivered some good ideas for a healthier diet with better food choices.
This really is the year that you have the knowledge and the support to make lasting changes that will help you live longer and better…the way of true Wellness.
