Dr. Oz and Preparation Methods for Cabbage Juice While You Jump on the Loose Juice Caboose!

Yes, jump right on the Juice Caboose and feel loose and free when guzzling your healthy juices from fresh Cabbage Juice to an assortment of vegetable and fruit trains! All kidding aside, juice is one of the best things that you can do for your healthy Lifestyle. It adds color, nutrients, and flavor to your intake of healing while foods in liquid form.

If you’re constipated or feel like you carry too much water weight or struggle with stiffness and bloating; then the Juice Caboose will take you to a destination that keeps you loose, supple, and sleek once again! It’s true, raw fresh organic juices will help you to take off extra pounds, help you regulate fluid metabolism, and keep your colon moving with a softer stool. What more could you ask for? (OK, OK, we’ll get to THAT later!)

Juicing is virtually the equivalent of taking the very best of a plant and concentrating it in a way that enhances your body’s ability to be immediately responsive to the energy that plant material provides for the human body. That’s why I am comparing a JUICE to a TRAIN…it leaves the station and takes you where you want to go VERY quickly on track directly to your destination. Just as you feel the swift movement of a train when you are riding in a train car sweeping across miles upon miles of terrain so swiftly that you might only see a blur of the landscape; that is the best analogy that I can think of in this moment to give you an image of what a raw fresh organic JUICE will do inside your body.

This isn’t your typical juice that’s been bottled with a million other bottles after tons of fruit or vegetables have been thrown into a vat and cooked into oblivion, thus destroying all the enzymes and many of the nutrients that make REAL JUICE so powerful for healing the human body. NO, folks, this isn’t that imposter that is laden with sugar or salt, artificial flavors or coloring agents, and only ten percent actual juice and 80 percent water from a questionable source.

No, not at all; we’re talking RAW FRESH ORGANIC vegetable and fruit JUICE. Why am I yelling at you with capital letters…to get this point across to you! You’ve got to realize that the way to get your juice is to make it yourself – fresh from organic produce and natural ingredients that are going to deliver the nutrients and co-factors that will restore, replenish, and enliven your body.

While organic juice in glass bottles is just fine for your Food Storage and occasional use; there’s nothing quite as healing as raw fresh organic juice that you drink immediately after you juice it.

Dr. Oz recently told you about the health benefits of Cabbage Juice. He was amazed that this simple juice could heal ulcers in a person’s stomach so easily. Even some of the strongest pharmaceuticals do not help stomach ulcers. Many of the natural methods like aloe vera and herbal teas take a long time to soothe irritated tissue and repair the damage that an ulcer creates in the lining of the stomach. When you are in agonizing pain, you want instant relief! Yesterday we talked about the value of Chia Seeds that have been used to stop the pain and problems associated with an ulcer when you take some seeds and wait a short time, then follow the seeds with some purified water to hydrate the seeds as they continue through the digestive system. You can do both…drink your Cabbage Juice and eat Chia Seeds when you suffer from an ulcer or an upset tummy.

Some people have never juiced before, so there are some basics that you need to be aware of when juicing for the first time. You have to invest in a great juicer. Don’t skimp when it comes to the proper equipment that will turn your fresh produce into life-giving juice. There are many decent juicers on the market these days, but none have the excellent reputation and proven performance of a Champion Juicer! Once you have your juicer, read the instructions and follow them precisely for the best results. Clean your juicer and make sure you have all the parts in working order. If you have to get a cheaper juicer, then get a Silver Bullet with the juicer attachment.

OK…now go and get your fresh organic produce whether it’s fresh fruit or vegetables. When you are picking out Cabbage, look for brown leaves and don’t choose that ball. It’s too old and it won’t give you the nutrient’s that a fresh cabbage does. Peel away the outer layers that have wilted or been handled and torn in the grocery store or coming out of a local garden. Wash or rinse it gently with purified water. Now your ready to slice it into chunks that will fit into your opening on your juicer. Be sure to have your pitcher or glass under the spout of your juicer or you’re going to waste some of the precious liquid if you forget to do this step before you begin to juice.

Juice!

Drink your juice immediately and sit back for a moment to ‘feel the rush’ of the energy and the nutrients contained in your juice. Wow! Right? Right!

If the Cabbage Juice is too bitter for you to like initially; then add a pinch of sea salt and a little fresh lemon or a few carrots. It’s fine to combine!

In fact, you will want to experiment with the combination of a variety of vegetables to mix and match your juices for your daily health needs and to correlate with the produce that’s in season. You can do the same with fresh fruit by choosing what’s in season and blending a couple of different fruits together along with a banana, some honey, and apple juice as a base. Apple juice makes a good base as does papaya or pineapple juice. Berries and non-acidic fruit go well with other fruits, too, to embellish one another and turn your juice into a refreshing drink that you’ll come to prefer to any fizzy drink or soda pop. Fresh pears, peaches, cherries, and mango all make wonderful juice. The only fruit that you’ll want to use as a concentrate is pomegranate unless you have a lot of patience and a Champion Juicer.

Just remember that you can always add little extras to your juice until you come to love them raw and unadulterated. A little sea salt or spice like cayenne or garlic will perk up your vegetable juices. A dollop of honey or a bit of stevia or some blue agave syrup will sweeten your fruit. You can also use white grape juice to sweeten fresh fruit that isn’t extremely sweet to begin with. We would encourage you to stay away from ice, milk, yogurt, or protein powders unless they are of the highest quality from barley or other non-dairy source material.

The one exception to this general rule is: Vital 18! You can use an almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, or even raw milk from a good local dairy with Vital 18 in chocolate or butternut. The berry flavor of Vital 18 is fantastic with apple juice or other juice bases. We highly recommend Vital 18 for weight management, dealing with hunger pangs, and rebuilding your body following an illness, surgery, or the deficiencies from a degenerative disease. Vital 18 is a whole food plus in liquid form…that readily mixes with fresh juices.
