Dr. Oz and Hormone Replacement Therapy, Exhaustion, Lack of Sleep, and Yang Deficiency
Dr. Oz has his typical experts who diagnose exhaustion, fatigue, tiredness, and weakness as a sign for drug-induced treatments like Hormone Replacement Therapy.
What we TYPICALLY find when patients present with these terms, is a genuine Yang Deficiency. We know that giving synthetic hormones will only exacerbate the situation.
You’ll find with this bio-energetic deficiency that an individual begins to experience imbalances in many of their organs and systems, not only heart problems, glandular problems, or metabolic weaknesses. The human body is a dynamic system and as a Whole Being, it no longer makes sense to treat only one organ or system at a time which is so common in Western Medicine.
Sure…Dr. Oz may find irregularities in a person’s heart, abnormalities in their bloodwork, and numerous symptoms from a diagnostic viewpoint which points to a disease process, but no evidence of the actual disease. This is the bio-energetic precursor of classic disease. The lack of energy or the Yang Deficiency is the very reason why any degenerative disease occurs in the first place. Only when you address the underlying deficiency will you be able to prevent the actual disease from manifesting further…
We use whole foods and herbal formulas to address Yang Deficiencies. We build your Chi and restore the energy in the entire body. We also encourage Tai Chi and spiritual practices to replenish the physical embodiment.
This is not the place to take the time required to describe why Hormone Replacement Therapy is insufficient to address exhaustion, fatigue, tiredness, and weakness for either men or women. What is more important is to recommend that you visit your Herbalist, Nutritional Consultant, or Acupuncturist to learn what herbal formulas and whole foods that will regenerate your body.
Dr. Oz is talking about Chia Seeds for dealing with health issues after AGE 50. We would encourage you to enjoy Chia Seeds long before middle age! In addition to Chia Seeds, please include all kinds of Seeds in your diet like pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, and even hemp seeds if you can find them.
It’s not a good idea to try to get ‘iron’ from a drug or nutritional supplement, get iron from whole foods like dark leafy greens. And what’s up with Dr. Oz when he tries to tell you to only buy brand names of vitamins and minerals? It goes far beyond trusting any brand… That’s the lazy man’s way to use nutritional supplements! It’s essential to know more than what’s on a label or what the general population uses when it comes to your personal health. You can take the time to be evaluated with EAV equipment or with other methods which will give you much more exacting information.
Bone Health is more than nutritional supplementation… It takes a whole foods diet to provide the minerals, vitamins, and co-factors to keep you from experiencing fractures or breaks. I did a video about this and I have written volumes in previous posts. Sea Vegetables, carrots, tofu and other soy foods, dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, and herbs are really much better than a calcium supplement or a vitamin D pill. Yogurt is OK, but the calcium in most dairy products in not readily bio-available…and that’s a crucial consideration!
It is true that many types of calcium and dairy products will constipate you, just as Dr. Oz mentioned today, but just the addition of vitamin D is not enough to deal with this at all! It takes more than vitamin D alone to support calcium metabolism in the body, so it doesn’t cement the bowel. If it was being absorbed and entering the bloodstream, you would not become constipated. It’s much more complicated and sophisticated than vitamin D alone… Read some of our previous posts on this topic…
We’ll discuss the specific herbal formulas and whole foods that will help you address Yang Deficiencies another day when we have more time. I have discussed it many times, but we’ll go over it again. There are so many preferable ways to supply you with renewed energy without resorting to drugging your body into oblivion. You deserve better!
