Dr. Oz and His Worst Critic Gary Taubes: Both Are Right and Both Are Wrong, So How Do You Know For Sure About Your Health
Both Gary Taubes and Dr. Oz made some points about diet that are correct and both of these fellows made points that are incorrect. So how exactly are you expected to trust anyone’s information?
The quick answer is that you simply must be evaluated with EAV equipment. Then you will know in that moment where your body stands and what it needs to bring it back to a state of Balance. There is no other absolute way to find out with any degree of certainty.
That’s one of the reasons why I devoted my career path to working with this technology. This equipment eliminates the human factor of a particular belief system or misconstrued information that may or may not relate to your physical, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or relationship health issues.
Each person is a true individual. No one has EVER tested the same. Everyone that I have ever evaluated needed a different program and no single supplement, diet, protocol, or group of nutritional products, foods, or medications were identified for more than one individual. It simply showed me how unique each one of us truly is. One size does not fit all…
Dr. Oz and Gary disagreed about the fats and carbohydrates in a person’s diet. Taubes was foolish to think that a human being could remain healthy without fresh fruit that supplies vitamin C, rutin, and other nutrients that is hard to get from meats, cheese, or eggs. A strawberry or an apple is not going to cause most of the human population to become fat or produce insulin in imbalanced quantities. I have found that most people fare much better when they eat fruit separately from any other food group. This applies to juice as well.
Dr. Oz and Gary won’t ever meet in the middle and so you are left with having to choose which information is appropriate for you. You can learn to perform muscle testing on yourself and that might just be your best bet, especially if you cannot locate a Lifestyle Therapist near you who has access to EAV equipment for evaluations.
You may have found it curious that Gary did not agree to getting his Truth Test numbers taken by Dr. Oz. He feels that they are irrelevant. It would have either helped him make his point or hurt him, had his numbers been less than ideal. We’ll never know…
These two men tried to make health easier and simpler than it really is in the real world. It is much more than statistics, surgical evidence, research, studies with limitations, opinion, suspicion, or even a matter of one person’s personal experience. Health and wellness is a very intricate and sophisticated process and life-long journey which changes daily for each of us which is more complex than any doctor or scientist or writer will ever be able to explain to you.
Ultimately, you are the one who is responsible for deciding how to manage the care and feeding of your body. You must listen to your own Knowingness and then seek the information from as many sources as necessary until you feel comfortable with the knowledge and the results of your exploration.
Gary eats meat, eggs, and cheese most of the time on a regular basis. But how long will he be able to maintain his health, if he doesn’t eat free-range grass-fed beef and exotic meats, artisan aged cheeses, and free-range eggs? Right…the quality of your food is even more important than the types of food that you are eating. In my experience, people do best when they eat an organic whole foods plant-based diet with variety. But then, there are exceptions to that, too; so it really comes down to being able to evaluating your body at any given moment in time to know with absolute certainty.
