Chocolate-Goji-Maca-Protein Smoothie Recipe

16 oz – spring water
2 Tbsp – Love Street Chocolate Coconut Spread
2 Tbsp – Red Maca Powder
4 oz – soaked Goji Berries
(soak Goji Berries for 2 hours in spring water, add both berries and water to blender)
2 Tbsp – Warrior Food Vanilla Powder
2 Tbsp – Artisana Raw Organic Cashew Butter
1/8 tsp – Love Street Vanilla Powder
3 – ice cubes

Blend for 30 seconds in your BlendTec Blender and serve.

Tips:
• Add more water for a thinner drink.
• Add less water if you want a thicker smoothie

This recipe contains chocolate and cashews instead of banana and almond milk. Both recipes will add to your Longevity. The Oz Longevity Shake is more fruity. The remaining two ingredients are typically rather easy to find in your local health food store or grocery store. Almond Milk made by Silk comes in a typical carton and is found in the refrigerated section next to the Silk soy milk. If the store where you shop doesn’t stock the Almond Milk; then you can substitute soy or rice milk until they order it especially for you…or you go to a better store in your area. Almonds have been known for thousands of years to add to the quality of your Life as well as add more years to your existence. Almond Milk tastes great and it is good for children who have food sensitivities to cow’s milk or soy. You can make your own Almond Milk, if you are so inclined; but use a cheese cloth to strain out the hard bits in order to have a smooth milk for your Longevity Shake and other uses.
