Dr. Oz and Fenugreek Seed Tea for Bad Breath, Chrysanthemum Tea for the Vision, and Green Tea for the Heart: Drink Up with at Least One Cup!
Dr. Oz talked about Fenugreek Seed Tea today for helping to keep the mouth moist and for eliminating BAD BREATH. Sometimes you really do need more than a breath mint and a tongue scraper to get rid of bacteria which produce that foul smell on your breath with every word you speak and every exhalation. You can enjoy at least one cup of Fenugreek Seed Tea with honey, lemon, and a couple of drops of GSE!
What’ GSE and why is it effective when you want to actually rid the mouth of bacteria, instead of only covering up that halitosis? You’ll have to subscribe to our first Newsletter to learn more about GSE and its health benefits. But one or two drops in purified water can be swished in your mouth just before you sit down to a cup of Tea to freshen your breath and please those within close proximity to you.
You can find Fenugreek Seeds at Mountain Rose Herbs. You boil the seeds for approximately five minutes until they sink. Don’t boil them too long or else the tea will be far too bitter. You can serve this tea hot or cold with honey or any other natural sweetener and a splash of fresh organic lemon juice. In addition to keeping your membranes of your mouth moist and your breath fresh, you will find that this tea dissolves phlegm and supports the function of the lymphatic system.

Chrysanthemum Tea will also cleanse your mouth, yet it does much more when you drink at least one cup of this light tea. Your eyesight and visual acuity will improve when you drink Chrysanthemum Tea regularly, especially when you sweeten your tea with stevia. You can add lemon and other flavors to this tea to suit your taste. It is bland, yet very nice!
While Dr. Oz has never mentioned Chrysanthemum Tea, he certainly does take every opportunity to tell you about Green Tea and the health benefits for your Heart. Since he is a cardiac surgeon, the heart and the circulatory system is his primary concern. When you drink Green Tea daily, you really do improve the conditions in your body that supports your circulatory system and that vital muscle called the Heart. You can sweeten your organic Green Tea with honey, stevia, date sugar, or organic cane sugar. Green Tea goes nicely with a squeeze of organic lemon juice to accompany it.
We know so many fine purveyors of Green Tea and we want to share one with you today:
