Dr. Oz and Deepak Chopra: Meditate to Lose Weight, Release Stress, and Find Your Rhythm for a Healthy Lifestyle
Deepak Chopra appeared on today’s episode of Dr. Oz and shared his approach to meditation as a way to lose weight, relieve stress, and find your innate rhythm with natural cycles for sleep.
Meditation has been studied for decades, since Ayurvedic Physicians like Deepak and Vincent Lad arrived on the southern California scene when I practiced in San Diego. Meditation is not the ideal solution for creating your ultimate ‘reality’, but it will result in lessening stress and help the Body, Mind, and Spirit Connection find Balance.
You really need to look at contemplation when you go to the next step in your healthy Lifestyle and the magnificent science of creating ‘reality’ on your terms in your path to mastery. There are many instructors, but the best Teacher is most certainly Ramtha. And if you know from whence Ramtha comes, then you will know where Deepak Chopra gets his ideas…since Ramtha was and is the Rama of old in the tradition of the mystics, the masters, and the healing arts of antiquity which is common in the East and relatively new to the West.
Deepak has given this ancient knowledge a new face in our country, but the traditions and the methods are virtually the same. Deepak only offered a most basic introduction to the depth of knowledge he has access to in his clinic and his books and appearances.
The nutritional supplements which complement a whole foods diet were insufficient in my book to meet the needs of most of you who read this Blog. Aspirin is a horrible choice, so knock that bottle off the table right away! Bad Boys! The multiple vitamin and mineral supplement is fine as long as you insist upon the addition of more macro and trace minerals in the Ionic Liquid form. The Fish Oil and vitamin D3 are all the rage for physicians to recommend these days, but we still feel that Krill Oil and time in the sun is far better, although supplementation depends upon your Lifestyle and daily routine.
Deepak did NOT take a commercial moment to promote the Z product that he developed with others at his clinic. But you might want to learn more about it…just ask and I will blog about it for you. There are standardized Ayurvedic Medicines that are available to you which are going to do much more than the three basic supplements.
However, the segment that Deepak and Oz did on sleep and whole food flavors did present good information for you to take to heart. It is better to go to sleep around 10 in the evening and it is true that the ‘energy’ or natures of foods do alter one’s metabolism and thus, your health. In TCM, we focus on the Five Elements, but Deepak uses Ayurvedic Medicine to include the sixth. Both are integrated in a whole foods diet that is balanced with all food groups and energetic components.
The system is much more sophisticated than Deepak indicated, but that comes with time and experience. Do get foods that are the closest to the sun and the soil and pure sources of water… Just take a look at the variety of products on the Avurvedic website that carries the best selection of standard formulas.
Avurvedic Medicine – Products and Formulas
The segment that Dr. Oz did on bizarre foods was useful in that it introduced you to fermented food, but I won’t be eating any of the three dishes that the traveler featured…phew! There are good-tasting fermented foods that do as much and more than stinky tofu that you will never eat twice. Forget the corn fungus when you can get your lysine in other yummy foods, and skip the cuttlefish unless you are really talented in the kitchen or find a good Greek or Italian Restaurant.

Unquestionably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks
