Dr. Oz and Bad Moods: Attitude Matters

Dr. Oz tackled the beast of ugly moods that destroy the health of the individual who is lost in their turbulent emotions.

Watch out! They will argue for their limitations and their right to lash out with harmful words, loud voices, and ugly sentiments. Just walk away…

Dr. Oz and the Health Risks of Bad Moods

Anger, frustration, irritability…you name the emotion and we can tell you which organs and systems the expression harms. Explosive and simmering emotional states take their toll on the body, mind, and spirit.

Then to make matters worse, they look outside themselves for something or someone to blame. You are the one who is responsible for your state of mind. Attitude matters…

Dr. Oz did offer a few good ideas for assistance. I agree with him on his Number 1 pick – the Negative Ion Generator.

Negative ions are essential for balancing the positively-charged ions – it’s Yin and Yang in the miniscule world of electrical realities. Balance!

Dr. Oz suggests that researchers think that positive ions are ‘bad’ for you, but that’s not true. He didn’t do his homework with the proper experts. We’ve been recommending Negative Ion Generators for over three decades and we can say that the technology is useful for restoring Balance.

Dr. Oz confused SAD and EM fields to some degree with his comparisons. Seasonal Affective Disorder which affects the mood is due to the lack of the blue light spectrum from many light fixtures and bulbs in the home or office or school during the winter months when people don’t spend as much time in the sun outdoors in natural light. They get depressed easily.

EM fields which include positive and negative ionic charges in and around the body are not effected by light. A shower or a waterfall are usually presented as examples of Nature providing a balancing effect for the physical body. Sometimes both approaches together yield the best results.

Dr. Oz went on to recommend that people cuss and swear, but that only perpetuates the energy of the imbalance, giving short-term release in a vacuum. That’s foolish…

Attitude does matter and a person chooses to express a healthy state or an imbalanced state.
