People have a lot of food sensitivities and allergies to wheat, dairy, corn, soy, nuts, and seafood. Even if you have no allergies, it is imperative to provide your body with variety when it comes to foods and beverages.

Your body needs to vary the types of grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, greens, and vegetables all the time. Of course, you have your favorites, but variety IS the SPICE of LIFE.

The sixth Door is one that precludes environmental toxins entering your body and affecting the surface of your skin. This can be difficult, depending upon where you live. If you live in the city and drive on the freeway, then you are going to have to go the extra mile when caring for your lungs and your skin. I would tell you to move to the country, if you can work from a healthy environment outside of the city. If that’s impossible; then you will need to supplement with more products to compensate for the toxic chemicals and polluted air in every major metropolis around the world.

You will want to perform a detoxification series once a month for one day, and once a year for five days. Rather than simply fasting one day a week, it is useful to drink plenty of pure water or prepare some miso soup or a lentil soup with vegetables one day. You will enhance this preparation with the inclusion of onion in your soups and broths. Even a vegetable stew or broth will prepare your body for the following day for detox mode with water and fruit.

The next day you can drink only fresh fruit juices and pure water. You will also want to take some Liquid Zeolite or use cilantro and parsley to cleanse the blood. Lemon juice, apple juice, and some watermelon or prune juice. Of course, you will want to vary the types of fruits and juices you use weekly. Pomegranate, grape, cranberry, pear, orange, and pineapple juices and fresh fruit are readily available.
