DoctorsTV Can Be Funny: Applications of Healthy Global Traditions
Once again the doctors have shown us their humorous sides when they slather on the Dead Sea Mud and climb into a Beer Bath with extra Hops in the amber water. Our doctors were funny yet again when they joked about the tequila in the cactus massage mixture and with their feet green with avocado while giving the final word on the food applications for health from around the world.
It was another good episode that spanned the globe looking for the silly, the effective, and the traditional ways people from a variety of cultures keep their bodies healthy and beautiful.
I love the papaya puree and the use of the Essential Oil of carrot for the skin. There are so many ways to use foods and natural substances like salt to restore and heal the human body, it boggles the imagination; yet the doctors showed their silly sides with many great demonstrations and comments.
We particularly like the sea salt experience and commend the people who are operating the salt spa. Sea salt is good topically and internally. If you haven’t experienced salt both ways; then you not fully lived yet.
There are hundreds of methods to use foods and natural substances to do great things for your body and your mood. Keep watching the doctors and reading our blog to learn more about the world’s best ideas.
One idea that we would like to share with you that is relatively unknown is to brew some mugwort tea and use the tea as a body wash between periods of time in the saunas, the cooling pools, the massage rooms, and the salt room. The mugwort tea is refreshing and good for the skin. While you can always get your mugwort in your mochi, it can be a lot of fun to splash mugwort tea on your steaming hot body at the spa.
