Dizzy for Sports Energy Drinks! Dizzy for Dollars!

Sports Energy Drinks, Bottled Waters, and even vitamin-enhanced beverages have been making some companies a barrel of Dollars.  There are so many choices – even bottles with Bling jewels – all vying for that almighty consumer Dollar.  When selecting a Sports Drink or vitamin water to guzzle…the thing to keep in mind is that it is only going to give you a few minutes of extra energy to replenish what you used with exercise or skipping a meal/snack!  It’s NOT a meal replacement or substitute.  It is only a blip in the big business of staying Healthy through daily nutritional supplementation.

Do not expect these drinks to provide you with a real source of complete daily nutrition or substantive reserve of life-force – they are merely for a short term “fix”!  You might feel something for twenty minutes while your body is metabolizing the nutrients.  It’s much better to take a balanced nutritional supplement three times daily with meals.

The Sports Energy Drinks and vitamin waters are great for a momentary effort to quench your thirst and give you a little buzz between real support with food and supplements.  Look beyond the slick marketing slogans and buzz words that sell you…and make you Dizzy with images and activity…then check to find out if there is more substance in these sparkling waters by reading the labels!
