Bobby Dean Will Make His Mama Paula Dean Proud: New Recipe Twists for a Healthy Family Lifestyle
Paula Dean is known for her southern roots and food with tons of butter, flour, sugar, and oil. How do you pronounce ‘oil’?
Paula has two sons who have followed her into the business of food, family, and fine dining. But after Paula spilled her guts to Dr. Oz and the public about some of her feelings of inadequacy and personal misery, it may be the perfect time for her son, Bobby, to provide some guidance and direction to strengthen his mother and their family.
Bobby Dean is one of her two sons and is going to revamp her recipes to make them healthier for those who appreciate good food and family values. Bobby’s new show on the Food Network, “Not My Mama’s Meals” will begin this coming Wednesday. I am looking forward with great expectations that people will learn how to prepare great food with a healthy twist on Paula’s traditional recipes.
Bobby’s Cooking Channel TV Show: Not My Mama’s Meals
I have hoped for this to occur for quite some time. I have watched Jamie and Bobby come and go from the set where their mother cooks food that puts on the pounds and places the heart at risk for years. They have more recently been involved in the California Wine and Food scene and have grown up. The fellows appear to have continued respect and love for their mother while knowing that what they eat needs to be healthier. If Paula can be humble enough to understand the evolution of her family, then she may also benefit from what her son is going to offer through his new program.
Every generation has the opportunity to grow and learn from the ones preceding it. Bobby may prove to be evidence of such growth and progress… Paula should not be ashamed nor disappointed that Bobby feels the urge to revamp her recipes for health’s sake. She should relish in relief that her family relationships will be nurtured and nourished with good food and longer life.
You can find the schedule for Bobby’s TV show on The Food Network’s two sites for this coming week. Let me know how impressed you are with the refinements and revisions!
Good for you, Bobby! I commend you and your effort in this regard. I can only hope for Paula and the rest of your family to fully comprehend that this is a labor of love and goodwill for one and all. When families can strengthen one another and improve one another, there is Life and Love!
