Remember the Peppermint!

Students are in the process of returning to School and they will begin to find their Study Habit patterns in the coming weeks and months ahead.

While it is admirable to go for long periods of time with Homework, research at the Library, typing up papers and presentations, reading books and writing out notes; it is extremely important to find a moment to sip or nibble on healthy snacks and beverages while studying. It’s a good idea to take short breaks to pace the study session.
