When I watch the DoctorsTV show and then Dr. Oz begin to move from treating disease to both prevention and authentic Wellness, it warms my heart and makes me feel that the diligent work we have been engaged in for forty-some years is finally paying off when physicians begin to learn to eat whole foods and recommend nutritional supplements and Lifestyle changes to improve people’s health. What a transformation in just a few decades!

The doctors explained some simple methods for addressing basic problems today and it was instrumental in showing how changes in your Lifestyle can make a huge difference in your health and happiness. It’s been discussed before, but it always help to emphasize what works and why it makes a difference for your health. Lifestyle is one of the most recognized factors that all the doctors and Dr. Oz mentioned today.
