Back to School – Support Student Immune Systems

If you are or know of a student returning to School…whether grade school, junior and high school, or college…then it is certainly relevant to strengthen the Immune Systems as the seasons change and the people we associate with are assembled in groups. Classes with new people sitting next to you may be the cause of exposure to a variety of bugs and micro-organisms.

The Student’s Immune System will need to be responsive to these new unfamiliar critters! Support the Immune System with herbal formulations and mineral supplements. Zinc, Copper, and Vitamin C are smart additions.

Dab a little Essential Oil on the wrists and then go to class – to be protected and safer than without this aromatic arsenal of frequency fighting buddies!

Be sure to get enough sleep with all the parties and fraternizing that meeting new friends and roomies entails. Eat well…getting balanced meals with complete nutritional profiles which include all the vitamins and minerals that burgers, sodas, and fries fail to deliver when rushing between classes, sporting events, and group activities.

When in a new environment, check out the surroundings and familiarize yourself with the territory, before you take any unnecessary risks with foreign surfaces, substances, or scenery! Even the library or administrative offices can be places that harbor unwelcome visitors!

Get ready for your new schedule. Take the time to plan and prepare for the changes that come with a new semester. Listen to fellow students…for coughing, sneezing, drooling, and other signs of potential infections from body fluids. Be aware of what symptoms people exhibit and be careful not to touch “stuff” that could be contaminated by others.

Look at the seating before selecting a chair or table or desk or even a seat on the bus. Check out the sanitation practices of cafeterias, bathrooms, dorms, and lobbies, as well as the gym and other locations students gather together which might subject you to unpleasant surprise pathogens.

Be observant and study your surroundings! Be studious!
