Yes, that lovely Rosemary…she’s quite a beautiful one! She’s been called the “Dew of the Sea” in Europe for as long as those wine barrels have been making more of the finest to pair with splendid dishes enhanced by the woody aroma of Rosemary.

As Italian as I am, I adore the use of some chopped Rosemary; but I must say that it is so very EASY to derive the benefits of this powerhouse plant by using the Essential Oil. My absolute favorite blend which includes Rosemary is called Thieves and dates back to the time of the Plague in Europe. Thieves has recently been identified to be an excellent choice in selecting products which will effectively rid our homes and offices of that nasty black mold. Rosemary and the other Essential Oils are worth their weight in Black Gold!
