I find it compelling that a cosmetic surgeon in practice for more than 30 years would choose to write a book about natural methods for a better body in seven days.

Imagine how many times he’s been asked to nip this and tuck that, because people didn’t take good care of themselves with a healthy Lifestyle.

I would normally tell you that expecting dramatic changes in your body in a mere seven days is impractical and unreasonable. There are certainly possibilities for improvement in one week, but don’t anticipate miracles.

It took you a LOT longer than seven days to age, wrinkle, bulge, and all the other things that bodies in states of disrepair do which shows up over years. You should give yourself the rational gift of logic that it will take awhile to rejuvenate the body without the benefit of the scalpel and the liposuction.

It is preferable to live a a healthy Lifestyle your entire Life instead of remedial work later on. but when you have not, then books like Dr. Drew’s are very helpful.

He recognizes the value of spirulina and grapefruit and olive oil among many other natural substances that work to supply the nutrients lacking to the body.
