As a replacement for butter, the suggestion was roasted garlic that can be spread on bread or used in any recipe. All it takes is about 45 minutes in the oven after you have cut the top off the bulb of garlic and poured a little organic olive oil and sea salt on top of the garlic cloves.

Salad dressing can be swapped out with miso paste blended with lemon juice and vinegar. we like to add some toasted sesame oil or grapeseed oil. We add mustard on occasion, too.
