Dr. Oz and Having a Baby After 40

Believe it or not, most women possess enough Life Force or Chi to reproduce a healthy child after the age of 40!

But doctors only see those who have medical challenges, so they suggest that sooner is better than later in life.

Dr. Oz and Having a Baby After Forty

Dr. Oz looked at some physiological factors as well as relationship considerations that enter in to this equation. The viability of the egg may need to wait for a viable mate… I occasionally wish that I had!

My mother was beyond 40 years of age when she gave birth to me, the first of four children separated by two years in age between each child. It was the perfect family for us. I was exceptionally healthy and benefited from being raised in a loving, stable, and affluent household.

There are herbal formulas and whole foods that will maintain the Chi for women who wish to become mothers in their forties. But if you let your body go and eat processed foods or have some degenerative disease, you may not want to place stress on the child under your circumstances.

From artificial insemination to fertility drugs to adoption, there are dozens of issues that deserve our attention. But…the most important thing to begin with is the general health of the female body. Some are strong enough for the genesis of a healthy child and other bodies will compromise the fetus from the first cell division. It’s ultimately the woman’s responsibility to ‘know herself’ to determine the viability of becoming pregnant, giving birth to a healthy child, and raising that child in a healthy home environment.

I took several years to strengthen my body with herbs and whole foods before having my last two children and they were free from allergies and food sensitivities and have been well their entire lives. I was in my thirties. So it all depends upon the relative state of health of the individual of any age.
