When food is at its peak of ripeness, it has robust energy and all the nutritional value is readily available for your body. When you consume canned food, you are going to have to supplement with products that will help you digest and assimilate the components with the assistance of what has been diminished or entirely lost over time.
So…select fresh food. Store canned goods for times when there is no fresh food available…but eat fresh food daily as if your Life depended upon it!
