We are not talking about the conscious waking personality. We are talking about the Subconscious Mind. The Subconscious Mind is your real powerhouse and can indeed control the physical body to lose weight, gain weight, change anything… When you program that part of the Mind, you can find change without great effort, without drugs, without exercise, without any other invasive procedure. It works.
You will hear about case histories on Monday during the Dr. Oz show. This should provide enough evidence for those who harbor any doubt. If you do have doubt, then you are not a likely candidate for hypnosis. When you erase the doubt and trust the process, you will find that it works. The power of the Mind is much more powerful than the physical body. In many ways, it the Watcher and Keeper of the body. It can be considered to be the control center which puts a program into effect in one’s daily life.

OK…we watched the episode today and it was more of a ‘walk in the park’ of Visualization, rather than real Hypnosis and reprogramming of the Subconscious Mind. Oh, well, what can you expect from a fifteen minute segment. It’s better for you to go to a real professional locally or get an audio tape from Eldon Taylor.
I could write a book and claim to be able to make you THIN, but it is the work of the conscious personality, healthy Lifestyle choices, and the program given to the Subconscious Mind that does the real work, not the therapist. You are the powerhouse.
