Martha Stewart Makes Her Smoothies with Silk Soymilk…That’s a Good Thing!

On today’s episode, Martha Stewart began the show by making her Smoothie with fresh and frozen fruit, combining these with Silk Soymilk for the excellent health benefits that accompanies the good taste.

Martha created her flavor base by using a banana, pineapple, and frozen berries which were then blended with freshly-juiced carrots, orange juice, honey, and a substantial quantity of Silk Soymilk. She calls this her Super Soy Smoothie and she will have the exact recipe on her website.

Although it is preferable to keep fruit separate, soymilk is within reason – whereas cow’s milk is simply out of the question in the equation for Wellness. Dairy and fruit are not compatible food combinations! if you need proof, I’ll show you by placing a fruit and milk on my two test plates on the Vitel EAV machine and test your digestive system using acupuncture points on your hand and foot.

Soymilk does combine in a satisfactory manner with sub-acid fruits like bananas, papaya, peaches, apricots, pears, plums, mango, blackberries, and cherries. So papaya would have been a better choice in Martha’s Smoothie than pineapple with all the enzymes still available from papaya.

Silk Soymilk is an excellent brand that we purchase along with several others. WhiteWave has made a tasty soymilk with their Silk brand. We also find that Pacific Soy, EdenSoy, and Soy Dream make very good soymilks which come in various flavors, including plain, vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes carob. One company makes a soy and rice milk blend that is excellent.

Try soymilk in your recipes…”Be Glad”, not Mad!
