Water Works All Summer Long!

If you are enjoying an active Summer, especially with many outdoor activities or sporting events; it is extremely important to keep your body and your skin well-hydrated!  It’s not hard to do, it only requires that you take a moment every few hours throughout the day to drink pure water and spritz your face and other exposed areas of your skin with a nice blend of water, herbs, and essential oils.

The pure water which will truly hydrate your body is one of the most important choices you’ll ever make.  A special site will be available just for information about Water.  It is absolutely necessary to hydrate to the level of the cells.  Not all types of water do this sufficiently, nor as efficiently as others.  Sip pure water often…at least every few hours.

Spritzers for keeping your skin hydrated are easy to take with you on the “GO”!  Spritz before you get in the sun and again frequently while you are directly in the sunlight.  Blends of pure water, herbs, and essential oils are superior to sunscreens for total skin health.
