It can be a lasting change and transformation…that’s the real challenge. If you need to break it down into 17 day increments, then that works!

The 17 Diet gives you permission to fail and to start again…and again. That’s better than many diets!

I cannot agree with Dr. Moreno when he says that it’s OK to grab a lousy pizza or some other unhealthy food item. Nonsense! Don’t compromise…when you make a lasting change, make it! Don’t undermine your own progress and your own wise decisions! I haven’t eaten a pizza in years after making a conscious choice. If I were going to have one, it would be a rice flour or barley flour crust with soy cheese and all roasted veggies and home-made marinara sauce. What ever happened to the ability to make real food? Go into your kitchens and make the magic happen there for you!

Discipline and genuine ‘love of self’ will do a lot for you when you are eating new foods, avoiding processed foods, learning how to get regular exercise, and beginning to adopt better habits that will serve you, instead of becoming another compromise.

You can’t find the 17 Day Diet book in regular bookstores, so you will have to purchase it online at the official website.

There is a lot of information on the website, including recipes and ideas for making it easier for you to follow the plan.

Two weeks and three days…change is possible.

Although, to be truly good to yourself, one of your challenges could be to find that the more that you prepare yourself to make this a permanent change – and forget the diet angle – the more likely you are to be satisfied with the way you approach your health.
